My entire experience was exceptional. As I arrived, the staff was friendly and attentive, the space was beautiful and welcoming. The quiet room was a great start and end to my service. But my service was the real scene stealer-- Courtney was amazing. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and made the entire massage feel decadent. It was definitely the best experience I've ever had. Thank you so much!

Fantastic spa experience - from booking to check out - seamless. Spent a Saturday in KC for girls weekend and this spa didn't disappoint. 50 minute massage with Rochelle and Clarifying facial with Lindsey - both were relaxing, low key, and never felt "pressured" to upgrade with add-ons, etc. Thank you!

Great venue -- relaxing retreat. Staff pays attention to detail. Massage services did not disappoint. Variety of services is also great.

I just really trusted her to know what's right for my skin, both treatments and products to take home. My skin feels so smooth and looks 100% better than before. This is probably my 5th facial there and I'll always come back here when I'm in the city for a visit!I also took my granddaughter for her very first facial, and she had the best experience!

What a lovely treat for my early birthday. I love the Woodhouse spa. It's a peaceful, relaxing experience! I am looking forward to trying the many relaxing experiences they offer!

Had a great experience, the quiet room was so nice. I got a Swedish massage and a facial. The only complaint I have was when I paying at the end the gal asked if I wanted to leave a 20% tip for the services. It felt very pressured and awkward. I would prefer a more discreet approach.

Everything! And I mean everything there was perfect. Service with a smile good quality service great products, and a clean environment.

Went back to give it a second try and wow the massage was wonderful by Destiny. Pressure was perfect and she addressed my trouble spots. Vibe is good and relaxing except you can hear the girls in the front chatting loudly while you are trying to relax in the waiting area or stay in your zen after your treatment. Easy fix. I wish they had more private areas to change instead of the 2 toilet areas. Otherwise your left to undress and dress in front of the lockers and people are coming in the door or out from the restroom. Please address this with more areas to change and get ready as some of us have to go back to work or whatever else for the day. Overall, will be back and am pleased with my service but again at this price point everything needs to be on point and details matter.
