we were really looking foward to this place because we really enjoy wings! But to be honest it was lacking a lot. First of all, the prices were super expensive. For 12 wings and a side it was $22 and for 3 chicken tenders $10. So i was expecting it to be super tasty but neither of us liked the taste of our wings or the salad. The lettuce tasted old and the dressing wasn't great either. We did like the inside thought, it was super modern and cool looking! It was completely empty and the people working were in the back the whole time. Only saw them when they brought out the food.

Yallllllllllll..... when I say BEST wings in KC, I mean it!!!!! I love chicken & I've tried alot of places & this one takes the cake!!!! We just went here because it's my friend birthday & this is his favorite spot. I was reluctant to try because of the over hypeness he had... but he was SPOT ON! It's finger licking good!!!!! They got our to go order out fast & they were nice as it was closing time! The chicken was fresh & soo were the fries! They do have dining inside & out, soo next time I'll dine in! But I have to say this was a great choice for dinner!

These were absolutely the best wings I'd had in a long time. You could tell they marinate the meat before cooking, which is something I greatly appreciate. There is nothing worse than a wing that once you suck the sauce off, or eat the skin, you just have a piece of tasteless salt less chicken meat. They definitely take care to ensure that you enjoy every bite of that wing!! It was a little pricey, but definitely worth it.

I still like Wings Cafe, however things have changed.The restaurant looks like it's having some staff issues, which is leading to a lack of customer service.During recent visits, there hasn't been anybody out front to take orders. When somebody arrives from the back, there's been confusion about who has ordered, who wants order, who is waiting, etc... It's frustrating.I hope this location is able to get back on track. It's one of the best places in town when everything is running correctly.

I purchased the 3 tender with fries + sweet potatoes fried and corn nuggets.The chicken tenders are ok,The lemon pepper fries are horrible, like how and why would you serve that. As if they needed to be cooked a little longer, they were a bit hard to bite into and didn't taste good at all. The sweet potato fries with sweet sauce are really good and the corn nuggets as well.I would have to try something else but I know without a doubt I will not be trying their french fries.

This spot came recommended by one of the Loews workers. Tons of unique flavors to choose from. I tried the smoked sriracha and then got a garlic ranch dry rub with hot Buffalo sauce. The wings were fantastic, great crisp, great quality chicken. Sauces are what really sets it apart, coated on the wings bursting with flavor. Also got an order of chicken tenders trying the Cajun Buffalo sauce and it was amazing. Plenty of seating inside and service was great.

I'd like to start off by saying this review will be pictureless because things escalated pretty quickly..... I ordered Wings Cafe this past weekend, for a birthday dinner. There were going to be 5 adults and 3 children in attendance, so I decided to go with the 50 bone in wing and 3 sides option. I chose plain, lemon pepper and golden bbq (I didn't see that flavor online, but when I asked about it, they said they had it!). We had a good eating time, hence the missing pictures! There were plenty of wings and sides for everyone! The wings (especially the golden bbq) were so dang tasty, I had to be diligent about cutting myself off, because I truly could've taken it there! --If you are planning to pay in cash, they will not start your order till you get to the restaurant, and that was kind of annoying, but other than that, it was all around a great dinning experience!

First ImpressionFeels like a classic mom and pop wing shop when you walk in. Orders are taken at the counter and you seat yourself. The menu can be a bit overwhelming with so many flavors, but trust me this is a good thing since they have a ton of great options and not just flavors for the sake of having options. FoodBest wings spot in K.C in my opinion. Sauces are impeccable and the dry rubs tingle the tastebuds. The wings are always cooked brilliantly with a great crisp to the breading. I usually get Hot Buffalo wings with Cajun fries. The hot buffalo is so flavorful with a bit of a spice. Nothing too hot, if you can handle some heat I highly recommend it. Fries are also outstanding and perfectly crisp. House ranch is solid too!Final VerdictAmazing wings and sides. I haven't had any better in the city (and I think I'm a wings connoisseur). Only issue is food can be inconsistent at times. Get over to Westport and give this place a try. 5 stars.

I wasn't sure about this place when I pulled up. There was no one here. We trusted the Yelp reviews and I am so glad we did! Food is amazingly good. My fish and shrimp were crispy. The dry rub packs a punch. They are light in the breading with is a welcomed change. The wings are HUGE! We ordered way more food than we needed lol. Would definitely recommend this place! Service was great with smiles all around. The inside is cute with an ivy covered wall highlighting their name. A few TVs going with different games/shows.
