Wingin Out

Alright, let's talk. I haven't tasted the wings yet but I'm merely rating the service to this point. We greeted the young man working and could barely hear his response.Now let's talk further, he sounded like he was either tired or high. It's later in the evening so the former is highly possible. I am hoping the wings are wonderful. Because one of the flavors we wanted from the menu no longer exists. Word to the wise, if you want Parm Peppercorn, you won't get it. You'll have to settle for garlic parmesan. Oh, and screamin' siracha is also out but on the menu.I'll later update this post based on the speed, accuracy, and taste of our order.

Took over an hour to get food. Didn't do orders in order. Horrible service. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

The food is fine but the service is always terrible. The manager, Kyle, hung up on us when our order was wrong and things were missing, and the wings were wrong.

Pretty average to below average wing place with unwelcoming service. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Whoa these are good wings! Bone in were thick, cooked well and sauced perfectly. But the boneless were my family's favorite, these were the fattest, juiciest chunks of chicken we've ever seen. Dipping sauces were plentiful and many choices. Can't wait to go back! Ordered delivery and they packaged everything well and nothing was missing.

Wings are just OK. Sauces were below average - had a sauce (chipotle) and dry rub (can't remember but fairly flavorless). Got a ten piece winged with fries. Fries are beer battered which I hate so no surprise that I didn't like them. I was the only one in the place on a Sunday at 3pm so might be why empty. The employee shirts do say "the wing delivery guys," so maybe this place mostly does that business. Regarding the wings, thought they were too big. I like normal size pieces and these were the hormone-injected variety that are overly large, esp. the legs. Sauce to meat ratio suffers and too much biting into pieces due to size. I've tried a couple other wing places in town and both were better!

Took an hour to get the food. The order ended up being wrong. And the wings are not even that good. I'll admit the fries were good though

Placed an order online that said it would be ready between 9:55 and 10:05. Arrived at 9:50, was told that they were still working on it but that they would call my name when it was ready. After about 30 minutes, I went up to check on my food, only to be told that they had accidentally given my order to a DoorDash driver (even though they knew what I looked like and my order was not placed through DoorDash). Was then told it would be 6 minutes to remake my order, ended up being 20. Even after all that, they forgot half my order and were essentially trying to rush me out of there while I was checking my order. Took them another 5 minutes to get the rest of my food, and they just seemed really pissed that I pointed out that I was missing food.Only reason the review isn't 1 star is because their food is actually pretty good, but it is not worth waiting almost an hour for. This place needs to get some more staff

The food is decent, not close to the best wings in Columbia though. The service is terrible they told me 6 minutes for boneless wings and I ended up sitting for 45 minutes. Prices are way too high and they still have a gratuity line on their receipts.

Disgusting food and borderline-abusive, unprofessional customer service. In a college town, you can *definitely* find better wings, so don't waste your time and money patronizing this sad excuse of a business.
