I personally don't like sausage or wieners but my husband does (insert joke here). We never catch this place open but today was our lucky day. Seriously. The people working were so nice. We had no idea what we were doing. We bought some merch, food from the butcher section, and two different sausage/hot dog on a steamed bun. (We bought only one because I assumed I wouldn't like it - then came back for a second)We tried the daily special (Hot Smoky) and KC Frank. Both were delicious. I highly recommend checking this place out. It's a super clean place for breakfast or lunch.

Outstanding wieners!!!! Got an assortment of wieners and sauces for an Octoberfest party and it was amazing. The staff was so helpful.

Limited hours--so plan accordingly. Expertly crafted sausages--absolutely delicious! A lot of creative options available, worth the effort to try a bunch of them. I think everyone who works here has significant culinary training and experience, so be ready to be amazed!

Fantastic place. I absolutely love their specials they run. You have to try each one every month. Highly recommend the lunches.

What a fun and delicious place to grab a brat or dog or kielbasa! I stopped by on my way back to Boise prior to being dropped off at the airport and it was well worth it! Grabbed a chicken apple brat and my buddy had the jalapeño cheddar kielbasa. The BEST! So tasty that my buddy ordered several others to take home back to Lawrence. Highly recommend you try this Kitchen out if you are in the area and enjoy a wonderful meal!

My go to place for fresh sausage and beef / steak. Love the items on their menu as well. The folks at the counter are very knowledgeable about all things sausage and always happy to help.

The bacon sausage with sausage gravy on a bun might be a calorie bomb but it was perfect on a cool cloudy morning.

Amazing hot dogs and worth coming by during their hours (typically 7a-2pm Wed-Saturday). They also made a soup of the day which was a Thai chicken soup and it was also fabulous. It's a local business and definitely worth a visit!

Yummy gourmet sausages and meats. I have wanted to try this place for a while but it was always closed when I looked. Walking in we were treated by the very friendly owner. He explained that it is a family owned business and all of their items are local. They even have a list on the wall of each place that the food comes from. They offer hot sausages to eat in and you can also purchase numerous items to bring home for later. The menu was a hefty size and they also had daily specials. I tried one of the daily specials, the patty melt sausage and I also tried the chicken apple. They were both so delicious. The chicken apple sausage was filled with strawberry jam basil mayo and roasted pecans. It was sweet and savory. The patty melt was loaded as well and was topped with rye crumbles. The salad was also a standout. With fresh greens and homemade dressing, it was memorable. To round out the meal, I couldn't help but to pick out a homemade espresso brownie. It was ooey gooey and packed with flavor. Overall this was great experience. I plan to come back for some grab and gos or a nice lunch.

First time trying this place and I ordered one of the daily special Bratwurst , which they seem to change every few days. All of the flavors worked extremely well together, and their specials are definitely well thought out. I will definitely be back to try their other items.
