I've received many arrangements from here and have been satisfied every time! The flowers are always fresh and last at least 2 weeks. Deliveries with Westport Floral are always so great because they ensure that they have delivered to the correct person and they are willing to wait/return to fulfill the delivery. They are always so thoughtful and even give recommendations for specific flowers in season. I highly recommend!

The flowers do not seem to be very similar to what I actually ordered. Their website says that they can substitute flowers and they seemed to use that policy very liberally.

I stopped in yesterday to grab some last minute florals for a piece I'm working on this weekend. Tammy was SO helpful in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. The quality of flowers were amazing & she was so friendly. Definitely recommend & will be coming back!

John took great care of him and often worked together with our son on unique and beautiful bouquets.After our son passed, John created gorgeous arrangements for the service and personally delivered them, taking time to offer condolences to my husband and me.We love John and his arrangements are like none other.

I ordered "designer's choice" flowers online for my mom's birthday for same day delivery. 45 minutes later, the flowers were at her door, and they were beautiful! I mentioned a few of her favorite flowers in the notes field and they included one of them in the bouquet :)

I've ordered from Westport several times, the flowers were pretty good but this last time they totally ignored my message for the card. If you spend $200 on flowers and spend time composing a heart-felt sentiment to accompany the flowers and all your loved one gets is the flowers with "Love Dave" on the card, the moment was lost. My wife said she even turned over the card to see if there was a message and there was none. To make matters worse, I contacted Westport floral both through their web site and again thru a direct email to the shop expressing my disappointment. I didn't demand a refund or % back or anything, just let them know what happened and that I was less than satisfied with their service. I got zero response from the shop, not even a "sorry". I send my wife flowers often and I guess it's time to find a new florist.

I contacted Westport Floral Designs after learning from a Serenity Funeral Home representative that they were their go-to flower shop. Our alumni had a special request for a large standing floral spray for the celebration of life services for our dear classmate, Janine Riley Harrison. Between forwarding the photo to Danielle, speaking with Tammy directly, and the email responses from Greg, I got to witness teamwork at its best! Westport Floral Design is top-notch. Not only did they meet our expectations they exceeded them.
