Pretty darn perfect. They have all the standard coffee options (including Matcha!) and some breakfast food!Weston definitely needs a walk-in place like this where you can grab an easy drink and bite and get back to your shopping. The little pre-made burrito and egg sandwiches were lovely and exactly what we needed! You could tell there was a lot of local love in there and it was totally cute and festive. Highly recommend you start your Weston visit here!

Excellent service, friendly people, and the Chai tea lattes are always amazing! Great spot for me after either cycling and or running in the nearby trails of the town.Definitely recommend this place!!

Weston Coffee Roastery is exactly what downtown Weston needs: a little locally owned coffee shop serving up homemade goods and quality brews. I stopped in here with some friends while in town and had a little afternoon coffee. My friend had a breakfast burrito that she claims was amongst the best she's ever had! I can't remember what the owner said the secret ingredient was, but I know it was unexpected and apparently made quite the impression. If you're in Weston looking for a non-chain coffee spot, this is the place for you!

Stopped by this cute little coffee shop in quaint little downtown Weston to pass some time. Ordered an iced cafe mocha sub almond milk and sat at the window to read. Place stayed pretty busy and the window seat had a lovely view of the busy little downtown. Coffee was good, little pricey. Shop offered some merchandise and little pastries. Definitely a nice place to grab a coffee and check out the historic little downtown.

Such a warm and inviting space with great customer service. Coffee and tea are both excellent! Highly recommend.

The coffee here is outstanding. Every single time I have made it here to indulge I have not been disappointed. Don't waste your time buying corporate coffee anymore! On top of the wonderful drinks the service is superior. Thanks for running a quality business.

Pros: The customer service was great. I attended the AppleFest here and the coffee shop was crowded - everyone needed an afternoon pick-me-up it seemed. The baristas kept pace and the workers served with a smile. The place had cute little decor and the fact that they had a small lit tree up made me happy :)Cons: I ordered a chai latte with a shot of espresso. It came out to be a little over 6 dollars. Kinda on the pricey side but I'm all about supporting local business. Taste wise: I'd skip it. I was disappointed as it kinda had a sort of bland taste, no real spices. I barely tasted the espresso shot, which I didn't mind so much but generally with a dirty chai, you have to taste one or the other... but sadly, I didn't. Maybe I'll be back again to try their coffee if I'm ever up north again. But it just kinda left me disappointed and not all that satisfied.

What a great little spot to grab coffee!! We were in town for a wedding and stopped in to caffeinate before heading home. The vibe in here is awesome! It's cozy and clean, the coffee was a bit lighter than I prefer but still a good flavor, and the staff was incredibly friendly. You know a place is good if they call a good majority of their customers by name when they see them walk in. I wish we lived closer so this could be my morning go to!

Stopped in here on our way out of Weston to grab some coffee for the road and we were very happy with the whole experience! Friendly and fast service, and the coffee was absolutely amazing!

We stayed in Weston for the weekend and visited the Roastery multiple times. Fantastic place! Interacted with both owners and many different staff members! All were top notch! GO. you won't regret it!
