This place is AMAZING for custom lighting. We ordered a glass piece to replace one that had been broken a while back and it took a just a few days to come in. The only downfall is that it's WAY South and I live Downtown. If you're looking to find lighting of any kind that is very nice and custom, check this place out. BTW: They are open till 4 on Saturdays now. Apparently this has been the case for years but the hours were inaccurate. :)

Bought a fancy ceiling fan/light. They helped out in getting right wall switch to work with a remote as well. Fan turned out to be a bit of a lemon, kind of loud and squeaky. They came out, listened to it, got the manufacturer to send replacement fan.New fan, by the way, is perfect.Also had them clean/fix a crystal chandelier - best $100 I've ever spent - they fixed the broken arms, fixed the broken crystals and cleaned it to better than new. Then, they boxed it perfectly for easy re-installation. Just a great business providing truly exceptional service.

Great service, fixed my 12 volt kitchen pendant lamp when nobody else would even look at it. Lamp was up and running in 24 hours.

Wayne could not have been more helpful....and I was not even in the store, just on the phone! He obviously went searching quite hard for exactly what I was looking for and even sent me pictures so I could better decide. Due to Wayne I will gladly give my business to this store whenever I can as well as spread the word to others!

Personal Service at its best! We purchased outside carriage lights a couple of years ago from Western Chandelier, and they started to rust. According to the manufacturer, they were only guaranteed for one year...a response we weren't happy to hear. Mr. Wayne Burton, owner of Western Chandelier, spent time and energy to get our lights replaced, at no cost to us, but above and beyond that, we came home one day to find the new lights already installed! I explained to them what I was looking for and they were able to help me to my satisfaction. Everyone there is very nice too. Thank you Western Chandelier!
