Terrible customer service. Broken ac during the heat of the summer "we will call the owner"; broken furnace in the cold of the winter "we will call the owner"; sewage backup & permanent funk in the house "we will call the owner". Lots of flowery promises with no action. Then when you need an advocate, they take their time getting back to you. Recommend you do not do business with this organization.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could! No one should ever rent from these people. This was the worst rental experience I have ever had. During our 16 months of renting from them, there were several instances where they failed to fulfill maintenance requests; we had windows that never locked along with loose and completely unsecured banisters around the stairs. The property was very poorly maintained. When we moved out, they "lost" our deposit money and kept trying to give us the run around to avoid returning our money for several weeks until we threatened to take legal actions.

This company should not even get a 1 star rating. Something needs to be done doesn't happen. 4 months to fix a leak in the walls. 2 months after that to patch the holes. 1 year to fix leak in tub, never patch the whole in ceiling. When finally moved out did everything expected and able to do, still kept deposit and charged me extra for having to repaint a room. If you rent from them expect to lose deposit and be charged more on top of it. Their story changed the more I asked for details of the repairs.
