I haven't rented from Wesley Property but after dealing with one of the employees today I'm pretty glad I never have. I had inquired about a house they had listed on their website, I get an email back stating that the house was still available but the rent total she told me was $125 more than what was listed on the website. I asked her about the price difference and I get "sorry for the inconvenience but the price has been raised." Not even 10 minutes after I got that email I went back to the website and she had changed the listing price. Seems pretty damn shady to me. If I were anyone I'd stay away from this place.

Terrible customer service. Broken ac during the heat of the summer "we will call the owner"; broken furnace in the cold of the winter "we will call the owner"; sewage backup & permanent funk in the house "we will call the owner". Lots of flowery promises with no action. Then when you need an advocate, they take their time getting back to you. Recommend you do not do business with this organization.

Do yourself a favor and take photos/videos of the property before you occupy and after! Every inch of the property inside and out be thorough! Also, you WILL be charged for a PROFESSIONAL carpet cleaning upon move (found in lease agreement). Keep your receipt. You can pay for it yourself which I advise, or they will deduct it from your security deposit. This management DOES NOT do Walkouts. Which is a way to scam you out of your security deposit. I managed to be part of the few that received their security deposit back because I was so thorough and up on them during the last month that I was a tenant there. This company could be amazing if they took the time to invest into the residents that actually take care of their properties and pay on time! Keeping that same level of respect and kindness they show in the beginning all the way through till the end. For instance, I had notified them of a legal name change and I needed my account updated. They asked me for documentation to which I provided. They did not update my account and I brought it up again months later when I noticed. They said they never got the documentation. I told them I emailed it to them. They found the email and said they didn't know why it hadn't been done. Reassured me that it was taken care of and then, it still was not updated until I said something next month. When I went to pick up my security deposit, they had addressed the check to my previous name and expected me to wait 2 hours until the manager came back to reprint the check, or they could mail it out to me after they had called and let me know it was ready and I drove an hour to get it. I had given them at least 4-6 months' notice of name change with 2 emails. That's the type of inconveniencing that happens and they try to put it on you like I didn't provide the documentation. So have your paper trail!

Extremely disappointing and unethical services being provided by this management company. They tried to take advantage a veteran and his family by neglecting to follow multiple state tenant laws and hoped we wouldn't know any better. We rented from them for around 5 years. Never had any issues until it was time for us to get our security deposit back. They could not provide an itemized list accounting for all expenses within the time frame allotted by law and our lease, they could not account for $450 of the total deposit, they could not locate our lease, they charged us for October expenses (our lease ended in September), they did not provide any notice of time and date of final inspection so we could be present, and it goes on and on. The only documentation we had from them in October was an eviction notice (not issued through the courts) since we didn't pay our rent- because we had MOVED OUT. That's how little they knew or cared about our tenancy. When we called them on their inaccuracy and incompetence, they had a check waiting for us the next day but we had to push extremely hard and provide our own documentation to support our claim. We picked up our check, but still asked for the required documentation, and instead of providing it, they said we would have to have it subpoenaed. They are counting on you not knowing your rights. Educate yourself. Renters beware.
