Michelle does great work with newbies like me who have always wanted to try yoga. She makes it easy to follow and doesn't push you past your comfort level. I've found that it's a phenomenal way to get rid of stress, sleep better and feel better all around.I've sat a computer for 10 hours a day for 6 years, so I'm not in ideal shape. What I've learned is that Michelle's Yin Yoga is a great way to make my joints, hips and muscles feel better, I sleep MUCH better on the days I do yoga and I actually look forward to going. I highly recommend her classes. Nice quite space with small groups and she's good at customizing her teachings to individual needs.
