Wear House And More

I love this place! It's a super clean and they have lots of clothes....lots! There is always a sale going on usually on the weekends and always look for the colored tags that are half off! This is my first stop if I want a new pair of jeans or a purse for a special outing. The home decor is always changing with new items coming in daily, I have found lots of nice items at great prices. It's a consignment shop and they are pretty picky with what they accept and when....which is good! And I'm always surprised how much I have in my account from my consignments! You can always cash out or use the money for your purchases! It's really a great place to shop!!!!

I am conflicted about this place. I like it and hate it at the same time. I have been sporadically going to this place for over ten years and visit it each time I come to KC but one thing that has never changed is the staff's customer service. I've personally met the owner and I can see why her staff are the way that they are. Rude, off-putting, never greet you when you come in the door etc. The ONLY great things about this store are the hidden gems, overall prices and $1 rack. I come back each year hoping for a good experience and leave with the same impression but I always find something good off the $1 rack. Thankfully that hasn't changed!

Rude and misleading manager. When I went to retrieve my things she had soaked them in water so they were ruined beyond selling.
