Terrible service. They will cheat you if you use door dash to get an order from them. Used to call if something you ordered wasn't in stock but I guess now they don't care and their phone number doesn't work. Will not use them again for anything.

I wanted to make some themed cocktail shots for my guests prior to leaving for the Kentucky / Auburn NCAA elite 8 game at The Sprint Center. Kentucky Sunrise and Alabama Slammers seemed easy enough and appropriate. I walked in Vivion Liquor Superstore on a Saturday night with my ingredient list and asked where the Grenadine was located.The guy behind the counter said he had never heard of it, his female co-worker said that she had heard of it, but didn't know what it was and didn't think that they stocked it. I wandered around and found the mixers and the Grenadine. That was fun, lets ask where to find Amaretto!Female employee - "uhh........" and then shakes her head.Male employee - "what is it"?Me - "It's considered a Liqueur"Employee - "Yeah, but what kind of liquor; vodka, gin, bourbon..."?Me - Liqueur not liquor, I mean yes it's a liquor but... oh never-mind".Hey Vivion Liquor, if you are calling yourself a Superstore, then hire some superstar talent or at least give them an "Alcohol for Dummies" class. Never seen that level of incompetence in not knowing your product line behind the counter at any retail establishment.

Prices are way to high, can definitely find same product elsewhere for cheaper. Susan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the wine and liquor, shes probably the only good thing they have going for them

Awesome place! Huge selection, very good prices and the woman that works there is great. My husband likes a specific beer and it's hard to find. When I asked if they had it, they didn't. The woman there got on the phone and ordered it. It's hard to find people this helpful. I tell everybody to go there now. And as I mentioned, the prices seem to be better than a lot of local places.

This is a a craft beer gem in the middle of seemingly nowhere. They are the biggest liquor store I know of north of the river, with a huge selection of craft and standard favorites. All the KC and MO area breweries are represented, as well as many of my hometown favorites: Elysian, Stone, Ballast Point, Firestone, to name a few. Even my old stand by when I can't decide; Bass! Oh yes, they have a an equally wide selection of hard liquor and spirits, along with all your mixers. This place is clean, bright, spacious. Yet with all this, the real win about this place is the staff! You are always greeted a cheerful hello, as though they are genuinely happy you stopped in, and helpful when you're just not sure what you will choose. This level of customer service goes a really long way, and is the main reason I will make this place my first stop for all adult beverage needs.

This place used to be great before me and the wife's favorite lady quit the young guy they have now is absolutely terrible with customer service and always seems high blasting heavy metal music and always seems to be closing early due to being slow! This place had several customers waiting to purchase but wouldnt let us in due to being slow and shutting down early. They lost out on huge sales I will no longer be coming back here due to poor service I'm a long time customer now someone else will be getting my business

Posting this on behalf of my cousin who doesn't use Yelp. My cousin came in Wednesday night. When she set her items on the counter, the cashier (an older, blonde woman) coughed directly on her. Naturally with the conronavirus concerns my cousin felt very uncomfortable after that. Then the cashier yelled at her to move back because she must be 6ft away from her. If you want customers to maintain 6ft, coughing on them isn't the answer. Needless to say my cousin did not end up purchasing her items due to the inappropriate customer service.
