Under Armour Factory House

I shop here often and there are at least 2 big sales a year. The deals are good compared to what I can find elsewhere. The staff is generally helpful as well

This factory UA location is a great spot. First and foremost, the store is enormous, so there is a lot of inventory. I am a golfer, so I always stop in to see what they have for pants and polos. The best stuff to get at these outlet stores is their signature compression gear. I still believe it is still best product/brand in this category. And anytime you can get their compression clothing at a discount is a good day.

On Nov 13, 2023, I found several items of clothing I was interested in, but their dressing rooms were closed. I asked why, and they said they were being used for inventory. So I purchased $132 worth of clothing drove home 15 miles to try them on, and then drove 15 miles to return them - a complete waste of time and money. They need to rent some temporary space if they have so much inventory they can't offer customers fitting rooms!

This was a good place to snag a deal on UA gear. My UA cap (50% off) was just $13. The store was spacious, and nice. The service at the counter was fast and friendly. Overall, very nice.

You know, you really have to admire Under Armour's commitment to safety. I bought a couple of those masks they paid websites to claim were the best, but they were just a bit too small, even after consulting their sizing chart, which was clearly put together by experts at NASA. So, I figured an exchange should be possible for the next size up, but, alas, no. They include their no returns policy for masks on the receipt, which is very helpful being that a receipt is the document you get AFTER the purchase. But hey, no harm no foul. Since it's all about safety, they at least were willing to take back the unopened one, right? Nope! They have a VERY deep commitment to safety, which is why they ensure at least half of the patrons and employees in the store wear their masks improperly or not at all while having a complete disregard for social distancing. Now THAT is commitment! No, unfortunately, their policies are really just about the almighty dollar, but don't worry, friends. If you're a first responder, they'll give you a 10% discount on all of their items that have already been marked up over 300%. Lucky you! Anywho, you can get a three pack of Reebok masks for $20 bucks if you're looking for masks to wear during workouts. Just saved ya $60 dollars. No need to thank me, I'm here to help :)

Great selection, but the manager has the WORST attitude. She scolded the whole line for not standing the right way. Could've definitely corrected us without talking to us like children.

Love this place, best prices, and they always have military discount on top of the sales price.

Terrible customer service. The guy checking me out didn't even say a word to me. Not even a smile.

Located in the Legends Outlet Mall, this is your basic Under Armor store. It's a large store with a lot of selection. Racks upon racks of active wear clothing from dark colors to day glow, whatever suits your fancy. They also had an extensive selection of shoes as well. Not being much of an 'active wear' guy, I didn't grab anything for myself, but our daughter found a couple items she couldn't live without. Overall, a large selection, decent staff, located in a nice outdoor mall. Okay in my book!

Store manager at legends is racist and spoke to me very unpleasant way Infrastructure of other customers and was refusing to exchange my order because I did not have receipt although I told her I the card I purchased the order with. She told very loudly to be shut up basically or she will not exchange my order that had stain that I discovered after I went home . She should not be a manager at all, I have not never complained about any store in my life but today this lady got to me and disrespected for $50.
