I have had the honor of experiencing two of Chef Joe's Urma dinners and I could rave about them until the end of time. I love the intimacy of them, we always end up making friends with our table mates. Each course has so much thought put into it and so much precision put into the plating and presentation. I love dishes with a good story behind them and you definitely get that with Joe. He also catered a work event back in May and I'm still blown away by his ability to whip up food for crowds with the focus and craft that he has. He comes readily prepared for every situation and he's a fantastic person to work with.
