Tuileries Plaza

The skeleton of what could be a great retail area. I have seen a few decent businesses come and go over the last 6 years. It is truly sad. I have spoken with many of the business owners about "closing sales" asking why they were leaving.... and all comes down to foot traffic, or lack there of. I hear the rent is SUPER high and deters most would be renters. The place is DEAD. The only anchor retail is food.... and I am sure many of them suffer to some extent. Stop by and grab some Quiznos, Taco Bell, Bone Fish or Caribou, I am glad to see they have stood the test of time.

Too many empty store fronts. The stores that are there are good. A couple of restaurants are particularly good, such as the Bonefish Grill and En Chamas. Peace, out.
