Tropical Smoothie Cafe

RUDE. Went in to order. Man worker (assume owner) yelling & arguing with a delivery person. Was appalled at the behavior so I went down the way for my lunch. I don't support businesses that have owners who are mean. Lady was going off, too.

For summer break, my kids and I are trying some new places around town to get beverages at! The first one we tried was our local Tropical Smoothie Cafe!My daughter tells me this is "all the rage" (as we Gen-X'ers say) at middle school these days!I can see why! We had a lovely first dine-in experience!The dining room is clean and modern, with a little bit of a tropical flair (surprise, surprise!)!!We ordered a sandwich, a wrap, and three smoothies! Our smoothies ran the gamut - from the lowest-cal healthy option, to a sugar-bomb fruity option! All of them were very tasty! The food was the real surprise, however! Both the sandwich and wrap were very tasty, especially for healthy options!Service was prompt and pleasant, and food turnaround was very quick! The smoothies here are delish! I have loved every flavor I've tried, even the "healthier" ones. This place has a great app, and I love that I can place a quick order, and within minutes, my smoothie is waiting for me at the counter.This place has pretty good food too. I don't get the food too often, but when I do, I always pick the kale apple slaw - it is so freaking good.If I had one suggestion, it'd be to put small sized smoothies on the regular menu! Sometimes a smaller treat is all I'm looking for.Clean location, friendly staff, would recommend.

My experience on this very busy opening day was very good. The service at the counter was welcoming and cheerful. My baja chicken wrap with kale apple slaw ($7.19) was ready in six minutes. It was nicely sized, with plenty of fresh ingredients, a good amount of tasty meat, and a tangy sauce. I didn't notice any skimping on ingredients, and the slaw was nicely sized. The dining area was clean and new, with background music and free wi-fi. This location offers breakfast and a kids menu. Very nice.

Wonderful and healthy food; a friendly staff; fast and professional service and a clean environment. I LOVE this place!

It's a very hit or miss location. Sometimes your smoothie is chunky, or your quesadilla looks like a toddler made it.

I've been here a handful of times and food is usually good! Today I had a pick up order that included the Thai chicken bowl, blimey limey smoothie and fruit. I just got home and the salad is literally 5 pieces of chicken on top of some shredded carrots and green onion. Where is the romaine lettuce?? Not tasty at all and extremely overpriced. Very disappointed.. I usually order the Cali chicken flatbread and I'll be sticking with that! I gave 2 stars because my order was actually ready on time (for the first time) and the smoothie was good!

The smoothies are great! I personally would not eat the food but for smoothies yes. The reason l only have 4 stars is because it can get expensive with friends/ family. But always delicious smoothies!!

Stopped in for a light lunch and the staff was great. We ordered the Baja chicken and Caribbean chicken wraps, both were very good. Caribbean was one of the best chicken wraps I've had. Also had a couple Smoothies, naturally, and enjoyed both. Well done all the way around.
