I used Jessica Royal as my realtor and she was amazing. She worked around my schedule and responded quickly. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great buying experience. Even through the hurdles, she kept me sane. I would highly recommend her and Trisha P Realty Group!

This company took advantage of the fact that my husband and I are young and pushed us around, ignoring all of the issues we were having with the rental we were living in. They told us from the very beginning to come to them with any issues, then proceeded to ignore all of the issues we had from day one stating it wasn't making the house unlivable so they didn't have to do anything about it. After six months we couldn't take it anymore, so we broke the lease and left. They made no attempt to find new renters, only looking for someone to BUY the house. They planned on us staying there until the end of our lease. WE found the new renters and finally got out of the lease. They stole all of the deposit from us, $700.00, stating we owed them $400.00 for flowers and $300.00 to clean the carpet. The whole ordeal was horrible and insane, and even while we tried to get out from under the horrid landlord and awful Realty company they threatened us with a lawsuit if we tried to break the lease and were extremely rude about everything going on. It was the worst experience a young couple could have, and because of them we will NOT be renting again. If you want to feel safe and secure in a rental DON'T go to this company. They only act nice at first.
