I visited Trinity Wellness on a group outing for a bachelorette party and was wowed by the service, offerings, and facility! We started with a very recharging yoga session. Everyone in the group had different levels of experience with yoga, but they all left the session absolutely zen and relaxed. Our instructor was wonderful and great at accommodating our group!Neda helped us make our DIY spa products, and it was really nice getting to talk to her and see the vision for Trinity Wellness. Every detail is carefully thought out, and the whole group really enjoyed customizing their salts and oils!Lexi Smith was our massage therapist, and she was lovely! Her intuitive understanding of her clients' needs and her ability to tailor each session to address specific concerns set her apart. Lexi's calming presence and expert techniques leave you feeling rejuvenated and stress-free. She maintains a clean, relaxing environment that enhances the overall experience. Absolutely the best massage therapists I've been to. ....and I've been to many. Trinity Wellness offers a variety of services including the Four Palm which may be my new favorite.
