Trex Mart 17 - Tracy

It's funny, once you get north of Kansas City you start seeing these Trex branded gas stations everywhere. This is a big one en route to Weston and is a nice place to stop IMO. The bathrooms are clean, the snacks are plentiful, and the parking lot is huge. The main thing that's important for road trippers is that this is a great exit as the Trex mart is right off the highway, yet never crazy busy. Can get almost anything you need here and it's a nice place to stop, especially if you're coming north to south and need a stop before heading into the hustle and bustle of the city.

This fairly new truck stop offered a good selection of on-the-go foods and drinks including a hot foods case, donuts, a roller grill, a donut case and frozen drinks.They also offered two adjacent restaurants - Dunkin Donuts and a Country Cafe diner.I also noticed a certified scale and a diesel loading canopy out back snd complmentary air out front. Throw in the cheerful service, the reasonable beverage prices and the clean store and I'm thinking four stars.

Great pit-stop. There was so much going on in the store. There was a local flair with raw honey for sale and also opportunity to find a gift. Drinks of all kinds, snacks, and prepackaged lunch item are available. Cashiers were friendly and personable. Offered me a receipt with a smile and eye contact. The store was clean and well lit I would stop here again.

We stopped here on our way home to use the bathrooms, fill up, and grab drinks. This gas station was easy to drive into with easy access to the interstate ramps. The bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. They have a large amount of gas pumps and a lot of snack options. Plus, they have some random cute gift ideas.
