Trapp and Company

A huge thank you to the staff at Trapp and Co, and a special shout out to Sarah. A dog tail resulted in a broken case and a ruined arrangement for Valentine's Day. A quick scramble with Siri lead me to to Trapp and Co where I met Sarah. She was quick to understand both my predicament and help me create an arrangement that was FAR superior to my original one (for a heck of a lot less than I paid another florist). Valentine's Day can often mean a dozen roses and a box of chocolates. At 5:45 PM though, Sarah took the time to ask me about the type of arrangement I would ideally want and crafted this amazing piece. I loved it, my valentine loved it, and we both catch ourselves smiling each time we move past it. Thank you for all your help and we look forward to shopping with you again soon!

I love Trapps. The flowers are fresh and delivery is efficient! And they have been around for decades.

It was great working with the staff today at Trapp & Company. I never knew they had 1/2 price flowers after 3pm. I know where to get good quality flowers from a reputable company. T'Ony and I appreciate the time you allowed us to spend with you.3.14.17

They have a great variety of home decor, flowers and fragrances. But the selection of clothing is the best! I always find something unique. And the employees are helpful without being pushy.

We've purchased Trapp Candles for years now -- there are several Oklahoma City retailers who sell these incredibly good, highly scented, well made candles.The Orange-Vanilla and the Tuberose candles are my personal favorites, but my husband (himself a native of Independence, Mo) tends to lean toward Trapp's Jasmine Gardenia fragrance, as well as the (newer) Hibiscus Prosecco fragrance.We often give Trapp votives as gifts -- they're perfect as stocking stuffers.

I was pretty disappointed. I stopped by the store after 4pm as they have flowers at 50% off. I brought my own container so that I can get more flowers in my arrangement. The gentleman quoted me $16.50 which included a huge bulb of hydrangea. I asked the lady who was helping me originally if he could scale the flowers a bit so I would only spend $15 (supposedly $30 worth of flowers) for my arrangement. He said he could make it happen and when my arrangement came back it was without the huge hydrangea. I asked him about it and he said that the cost for that flower was $5. I guess I'm not as good with my math. Picture below is supposedly $30 worth of flowers.

It all started with a broken watch! I am a nurse that is currently on a travel assignment at Truman Medical Center ICU, my watch broke on night shift. When I got off work that morning getting a watch was the first thing on my agenda. I needed a watch with a silicone band, big face so that I can see the numbers. I went everywhere I could that was close and that my google maps could take me. One of the ladies in a store suggested Trapp & Company. The welcome I received when I first walked in this store was amazing, everyone was so nice, I spent an hour in that store talking and laughing, purchased some gifts. They didn't have any watches, but the assistance and customer service was by far bar none the best anyone could ask for. During the visit I mentioned that I had also traveled the past year as a COVID CRISIS RN. When it was time for me to leave I was gifted with flowers in a beautiful vase. Before I leave Kansas City Missouri I will definitely go back to the store, and visit the store every time I am come back. This is definitely a place you should visit...

Let me begin by saying this review is honest and a true account of each time I've been to or ordered from Trapp and Company. Admittedly on my first visit I was hesitant and self conscious being in sweats. The merchandise, flowers, decor, and staff were all so beautiful. After being approached by a most elegant female offering assistance and being greeted thereafter by everyone who passed by I was "hooked". I have zipped in to purchase a last minute arrangement only to stay for an hour browsing and shopping. I've purchased mounds of amazing Christmas decorations, gifts, and of course candles. One of my favorite things oddly enough is the greeting card section--always a hit with my friends! In closing....a fun side note is that every time I plan to stop there my husband will call me mid visit to remind me to leave :)

What happened to customer care and attention to detail and quality? I was treated as an inconvenience and the solution offered was unacceptable. My husband purchased a tote for me..... it cost $125.... not inexpensive. I used it for about 6 weeks and the stitching ripped. I stopped in the store to inquire about an exchange. I was told they would check with the manufacturer. Three calls later (no one returned my phone inquiries), I was told they would repair the tote. No apologies for lack of response. When I picked up tote, the stitching was crooked and looked like a 3 year old had done the work. I expressed my displeasure and was told "Well, I'm not charging you."Never again Trapp. Keep your crap and your crappy customer service. Ps... I am sharing my story far and wide.

My order was completely done over the phone. It was a blind order, so I literally had no idea what I was getting myself into. I'm relieved to say that I was truly impressed with the result. The woman to whom I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgable about what they had to offer and she basically customized a bouquet based on my budget. The customer service displayed by Trapp & Co was just as wonderful and hospitable as it could have been. The bouquet that I ordered turned out beautiful, but the real gift from the experience was the joy from my significant other who was truly breath taken by his delivery, which greeted him at work. Thank you, Trapp & Co, for making my anniversary that much more special.
