Training Umbrella

Reviewing a training facility is something I wouldn't have had the motivation to do, but Training Umbrella broke the ice. Normally, whenever I attend work-related training off site the facility is your standard office building with classrooms. That is about it. No amenities aside from the required bathrooms. Training Umbrella takes hospitality to an unprecedented level. Never before have I attended a training course and been privy to the assortment of complimentary items they offer. Every morning there is free breakfast food (cinnamon rolls, bagels, breads, cakes, bagels). You can get your fill of unlimited coffee, tea, or sodas from the fridge. There is a microwave and a toaster if you need them as well. A basket of salty and sweet snacks is always stocked on the counter. Not only that, but every afternoon the desk clerk bakes fresh chocolate chip cookies and brings them into the classroom. It's almost surreal.

I had an amazing experience at their training facility. They make sure to provide you with the essentials necessary to learn in a training environment. The equipment was up to date and ran at adequate speeds. I would honestly recommend them to anyone needing a space to train. I hope my company with continue to utilize them as a resource as we begin to grow throughout the up coming years. Thank you again for being the best in the Kansas City area.

This place rocks! I have trained here as a trainer on several occasions for my company and Jason Rogers is awesome. His training rooms are always clean, organized and ready to go! He has a refrigerator full of bottled water and sodas for our participants and he even has fresh hot baked cookies in the afternoon. He evens helps tear down our wireless laptop kits for us and is alway so accommodating. If your company needs a training facility give Jason a call and be prepared to be spoiled.

I only do reviews of places if they are really good or really bad. This place is incredible. Staff does everything and more to make sure you are comfortable and have what you need. Free coffee and snacks is just icing on the cake. Very clean and comfortable place.

Jason and his team are worth every bit! They not only help but they act like an additional partner when you are putting on your event. You will want to make sure that you book all future events with them!

We had a massive training requirement for our company. Training Umbrella and Clare Babcock took such great care of us. Made the process so easy. I highly recommend using them!

The Training Umbrella is amazing. The classroom space is clean, organized and always ready to go. Audio visual equipment is hands down the best out of all the venues that I have been booked to train in so far; across the nation. Restrooms are maintained and close to training classrooms.Jason Rogers, owner and operator is a pleasure to work with and goes above and beyond not only to obtain your business but to keep you happy as a client. He has helped me move boxes and store equipment when training was not in session. After a long day, he is still as eager as ever to help tear down and reset the room for the next day.Refrigerators are well stocked with an array of bottled water and sodas. This is in addition to coffee and teas; as well as baked goods to snack on during breaks.If you are looking for a site to perform training in the Kansas City Metro area, do yourself a favor and go with the training umbrella. I've conducted several courses (ranging from 1 to 3-weeks long) at Training Umbrella and have had a fantastic experience each time. I travel from out of state to train, so it's critical that I can simply arrive and start training, trusting that everything (especially technology) will be set up according to my exact parameters. Training Umbrella has consistently displayed tremendous attention to detailin each aspect of the setup, and they've gone above and beyond to ensure that I continue to have everything I need throughout training, including meeting special requests for supplies and services. To top it off: in addition to offering an array of snacks and beverages for free, on set days, they bring warm chocolate-chip cookies to the class in the afternoon, which is always a huge hit! I would highly recommend Training Umbrella to anyone looking for a site to conduct their next training course.

Jason & Christy Rogers are very professional. They ensure the attendess have a very conduce atmosphere during their stay. It's also the place to be, very contemporary and welcoming atmosphere too for conferences that caters for all your learning needs.
