Restaurant is small. Has a mom and pop feel. They have an adequate menu. Prices are also fair. Servers are nice, busy. They only have limited amount of drink choices...Coke, Sprite, Diet Coke, lemonade, and water. Food taste is ok. Nothing fancy... kinda bland..I had to add salt and pepper, gravy is a mix, not homemade. Biscuits are not homemade. Not too bad, not great.. it's ok. My grade is a C.

Driving home from Lake Of Ozarks to Chicago. We found this little gem. We each got breakfast with some eggs, hashbrowns, ham , and we split 1/2 order if biscuits and gravy. Food was amazing. The staff was awesome. Our waiter was always there to fill our coffee. Seems like everybody working there enjoy their job. Highly recommend. We'll go back again if in the area.

A really good choice for breakfast downtown. They have enough variety so you can have something different and being raised in the south, I always appreciate places that can get grits right. Will gladly come back in the future. In fact...I think I'll go now.

1/2 from me, but Yelp still can't do half-star increments yet. Superior diner breakfasts, either a la carte or full meals. Wait staff seems to be everywhere at once and is attentive. The sounds of the kitchen echo in this cozy grill.Knocking one-half star off for plastic cutlery and no to-go cups available. That's the only minor gripe though, and when you look at the small-ish bill (I eat a LOT and the bill was still sub-$19) you may not give it a second thought.

The food is not good. The ingredients are cafeteria food at best. I don't know why people eat here. It's not fresh or good. I just don't like low quality food. Your better off going to a grocery store instead.
