Deshae is a great owner. Gym is 24/7. Everyone that works out here has great gym etiquette. 10/10

I have to update my review since there's been changes in ownership. I was hopeful this would continue to be somewhere my family and I could go. After the change, my sons came in to work out, using their gym key card, yet Deshae told them to leave & kicked them out. I called to resolve this mistake- however ended up having to go in personally and help them locate our membership. The issue here was how rudely my kids were treated & had to leave the gym w paid memberships & key cards present. Next, I had $1500 worth of prepaid personal training remaining & agreed to allow my kids to switch to a new trainer. As soon as they completed the sessions, I authorized some additional sessions ONCE. Many weeks later, I was fraudulently charged $1000 to my credit card on file. I asked my kids about it & called the gym telling them it was a mistake. I was told it would be refunded. It never was. My youngest son continues to go to the gym& was being allowed to use personal training I had not authorized payment for. TODAY, I was charged another $1000 and immediately called again. I was told that Deshae walked over to the front desk & told Madison to charge my card AGAIN. Deshae is now saying we were on a "recurring" plan for training... which is a lie, but she'll refund the money & that my son still owes for 3 unauthorized training sessions that she will turn him into collections for if he doesn't come in and pay. Keep in mind he was a 16-year-old kid And she's been fraudulently using my credit card without my permission. We didn't sign up for more training & my son is a kid who doesn't keep a tally of how many sessions he has had. When they run out- they should not have rebooked him without his parents consent! My son is fond of his trainer Colton & this is jot any reflection on him. We appreciate Colten's excellent service as he is far more professional and customer service savvy than his manager- Deshae. I would highly recommend not giving this place any credit card information!!

My wife and I are committed to our physical health and Total Body Fitness provides us an ideal gym experience. Both Management and Staff are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. There is a healthy variety of workout equipment that is kept in great condition and sanitized! There is enough space throughout the gym that allows everyone the opportunity to workout and train without feeling "on top" of each other.In the months prior to, and after, the COVID-19 lockdown we took advantage of their personal training special...and it was worth every penny! The training staff kept us focused on our goals, the workouts pushed us beyond our limits, and the results were amazing. My wife and I lost 8.5% body fat...our waist shrunk while other targeted areas gained muscle mass to create a more athletic physic! We highly recommend anyone that is looking for the ideal gym...to consider Total Body Fitness. You will not be sorry!

Gym is over crowded and too small for the amount of members they keep signing on; falsely claim there's no sign on fee yet the sign on fee is $25 - disguised by using different wording; management is unprofessional & rude; serious lack of customer service; disorganized; delete any negative reviews & comments from their Facebook page then block users; horrible lack of communication and follow-up; staff doesn't have a clue what's going on; provided incorrect emails and staff never passed along messages when wanting to cancel membership so was charged for 2 additional months. I guess calling for 2 weeks with no response from management and emailing an email address that staff provided that was no longer active was apparently not their fault and was instead the customers. Couldn't get a key until the second time coming in and wasn't even on the list to receive one. Absolutely terrible business practice and desperately need training/education on how to run a business or they need to hire people to manage the gym for them since they make you jump through hoops over something as simple as canceling a membership - then blame the customer when management cannot get back in touch with the customer or when they've been providing an email address for management that doesn't work! And result to responding hatefully and expressing personal frustration rather than professionalism.

Personally my experience with Total Body was poor. They weren't up front with the fees associated with the memberships, when I was signing up I heard someone tell another employee he wasn't charged correctly, and then I was also charged incorrectly. When I called to get the additional charges taken off the girl who answered apparently didn't believe me and was really rude and combative when I told her what happened. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she would have him call, but, not surprisingly, I never received a call. Also, they market themselves as a 24/7 gym, but they charge $5 for a key card to access it during un-staffed hours. Not a huge amount, but still, I was really beginning to feel nickel and dimed at that point. I chalked up the money lost as a lesson learned, but I wanted to let other people know of the experience so they can at the very least watch out for the fees.
