Total Bliss Massage & Float Spa

After spending 8-9 hours in the car driving from Montana, all I could think about was food, a hot shower, and something good to eat. I was also stiff as a board because of the long drive so I hopped on Yelp and found this place. My only complaint is that they are in MO and not Florida! Anyway, I called and they luckily had an opening for a 60-minute Deep tissue massage, so I booked it! AMAZING!! Ebony was my masseuse, she came in and introduced herself, and I have to say I was kinda concerned that her petite appearance wouldn't be able to apply sufficient pressure. Wrong! She started at my neck and shoulders and worked her way down to my feet. My hips, hamstrings, and adductors are always tight because of my sports, she got rid of all that soreness and stiffness. When I got off her table I was euphoric and my muscles felt like buttah...The pressure was great and she was masterful with her hands and fingers wringing out the fascia and taking my joints through their full range of motion. This was one of the best massage experiences I have ever had! I will book with her again anytime I'm in the area. Excellent!!

My visit to Total Bliss was exactly what I needed. I tried the float pool for the first time and was amazed by how relaxing it was. After my float I was able to enjoy an amazing massage with Ebony. I loved her massage and stretching technique. She was able to quickly identify and address my sore muscles and target areas. I walked out of my massage feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommended!!

Received a 60 mt deep tissue massage, from Wren. Wren was great and the best part was her deep understanding of massage therapy at a clinical level AND bonus she's a Yoga instructor.. as you can imagine the way I explained my issues resonated with Wren and made her extremely effective at meeting my needs and assisting in the deep tissue and stretching needed in order to create space in my scalpels region and through my lower back and hips. I immediately walked out feeling revived and this morning I was able to wake and stretch, twist continuing that relief. Booked a 90 minute fir every two weeks with Wren!

Just discovered this place googling while waiting for target to open. Their website had a convenient option to book online... so I did for the same day! Parking was limited but I used the Dairy Queen lot, no biggie. Inside was cute and the team was extremely friendly. My massage was fantastic and I was sad it ended. Can't wait to visit again! Prices were decent.

Shaunda at Total Bliss has arranged wonderful array of therapist and has a fun atmosphere. If you are looking for a place that can be fun,educational, and therapeutic total Bliss is the place.

I had a really good experience with Ivan. Probably the best neck massage I have ever had. It was effortless for him to locate the source of my pain and offer me immediate relief. Super healing experience and I will most definitely be back to see him.

I had just decided to get a massage, as it had been ages. The Yelp reviews, and being a small, local business I decided it was time to just have someone work some knots out.Booked online last night for this morning with Ebony.My first visit will absolutely not be my last! The atmosphere was wonderful, and Ebony is a magician: One of the best massages I've had in ages and I rebooked with her before I left. (Going on vacation in a few weeks and when I return, her capable hands will erase the horrors of economy flying from my back!)This is such a wonderful little place and I cannot recommend this spa highly enough!

Ashley gave a great massage. I feel amazing! She intuitively found the knots and knew how to work them out. 10/10 I will be back!

This is my new slice of heaven. The massage method is actively relaxing; I love the stretching incorporated into the massage.I can not get enough of the Float Tank, yes, I fell asleep, they have everything you need and to be able to escape is an absolute joy! Then, I spent a little time in the sauna. It was the best day ever!The thing that rounds it all out is the staff! Their kindness and attentiveness to their clients is fantastic! Thank you all for being there for my self-care.

The service is excellent and the staff is extremely accommodating to my crazy schedule. I even get text, email and then a phone call reminder. The environment is inviting, warm, friendly and extremely peaceful. Each room has a wall mural and the staff listens to your body while working on it and will give you suggestions on how to improve overall. If you are looking for a massage home you have found it! I know I have.
