Coconut creme brulee! So good!!!
Coconut Strut!
Meat lasagne
The coconut atop the chocolate. I would've preferred the caramel the way intended, but they ran out.
S'mores atop the chocolate crème brûlée.

We used Torched Goodness to cater dessert for our wedding reception. Cannot recommend them enough! Julia was great at communicating before the event and was helpful with her suggestions. The guests LOVED the crème brûlée and thought it was so cool that they torched it right in front of them. Normally I don't like caramel flavoring, but Julia convinced me to try the salted caramel and it was delicious! We had such a great experience! Would definitely recommend for any event catering!

What a fun concept!!! Found this gem at the Lawerence food truck festival this spring. I am a huge fan of creme brulee and of food trucks so this was like a dream come true for me! :D. I loved the color they chose, the bright green really made them stand out amongst the 30 some odd trucks at the event. They drew a large crowd but turned customers around fast so the long line was served very quickly. I had the coconut cream brulee and it was amazing. I would highly recommend! I wish they were slightly cheaper as the portion size was relatively small and mine did not even appear to be torched so I believe they were able to make it ahead of time and then serve, which probably helps them serve customers more quickly and manage the large queue they served at the event. Enjoy!

Where's the sauce? When I get pasta and meatballs I want it swimming in marinara. I prefer swirling my fork in circles reeling in spaghettis rather than stabbing at small noodles. The meatballs appeared to be homemade and decent but again I like to mash them in sauce. Burnt cheese on lasagne was good but everything underneath was pretty soggy. Pretty sure we ate a couple shards of tinfoil with it. Ordered to go to take to the brewery in Eurodora. They have a coop deal which is small town nice.

Was at a Food Truck Event in Merriam, KS and spotted this dessert truck. Heard she had a limited supply so I decided to have dessert first. I'm glad I did. I had the Coconut Strut and it was delicious!. She sets the blow torch to them right in front of you. The flavor is all there and taste like it comes from a top class restaurant. Try this truck dessert. You won't regret it!

Crème brûlée there's no way to go wrong with this desert. I always get one to go for my husband, it's one of his favorite desserts. Super friendly staff and amazing food. They also do catering for corporate events and their food is absolutely fantastic.

Sadly disappointing.$4 to $6 will get you about 4 bites if creme brulee. I am generally not a huge dessert person, but I like a good creme brulee. The one I tried today was quite runny for a creme brulee. I don't know if it was the heat and humidity or a bad batch that didn't set up, but it was more a pudding brulee. I did order the plain one over a specialty one, but didn't really expect plain. There was no taste of vanilla or a nice liquor as with most brulees. Again, more a of a pudding. A food truck limiting itself to such a small specific menu really needs to do it right. Torched Goodness might was to add some tacos because they aren't doing creme brulee right.

I love the entrepreneurial spirit behind food trucks and dedication of the people who run them. This truck came to Topeka's food truck festival and we made the mistake of going for dinner before desert. By the time we got to the truck they were sold out of nearly everything. We settled for the original creme brûlée determined that this would be a good way to know if the product was good. The size was about half of what we'd get at our favorite place in Topeka for creme brûlée, but the price was about half as much (with no tax or tips.) So the size was a wash for the price. Someone else had pointed out it was very runny, we did not get that out of our product. Perhaps they were having a bad day (or a good one this day.) Hard telling as this is my only time eating there. It tasted above average and better than we had expected out of a food truck. Id say this was a good place to hit up so if you are looking this up at a food truck festival yourself, try it!
