Rude and hateful staff. Walked in and employees were literally sitting on the counter watching TV. Handed my teenage daughter a bottle of wine (without thinking) so I could get my wallet out and the old man sitting on the counter told her that she was a Minor in Possession and he was going to report her and send her to diversion for a year and she'd have to associate with people who weren't like her and who her parents wouldn't want her associating with. He was NOT kidding. In hindsight I should have set the bottle of wine on the counter and left, but I was so shocked at his rudeness and did not want to scare my daughter further by making a scene, so I paid and left. I will never go back even though we live close-by. They are never busy and their shelves are not well-stocked. There are two other places within a mile of Top Cellars to take my business and I will be going there from now on.

Came here to pick up some drinks to go with our Thai Food a couple weeks ago. Noticed the girl behind the counter collecting money wasn't wearing a mask and didn't bother to put one on when another customer went up to pay. So we walked in, and then walked out. Maybe once we have this pandemic figured out, we will come back....but until then, we will be avoiding this place.

Love love love this place and I am not even a big drinker-AT ALL!The staff is great, I think the one guy was trying to get a drunk before we left the one day. Not really-but he was letting us try all sorts of drinks. Their wine selection is stellar for strip mall liquor store. We always find what we need. Bourbon, vodka, cider, gluten free beer. I wish they had the Weston Brewing company alcoholic Root Beer! Parking is EZ PZ, as the strip mall has hardly any tenants. Prices are comparable and the guys are willing to help you with decisions about all their drinks-I didn't know which type of rum to buy for a pre made drink mix we bought. They helped me a great deal. This is no Liquor Barn (Louisville) but it will do since it's so close to the house!

This place is near by my house and I stop in mainly because it's close. It's not necessarily the cheapest place in Olathe. But it has a large selection of beer, wine, liquor. They also have a little attached store that sells soda pop, juice and other non-alcholic mixer type items. They do a mix your own 6 pack for $8.99 and also have lots of mini and medium size liquor bottles. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. And this store has great hours.

I like this liquor store mostly because it is close to home and its always clean and well organized. Their craft beer selection is decent, above average to be honest but check the bottle dates on the IPAs sometimes they sit a little too long. Their pricing is reasonable compared to others on the KS side. They do have a large area on wine though I know nothing about wine.

My wife and I used to shop this store on a regular basis, but after it was sold to another owner we felt that customer service had dropped off significantly.Last night we decided to give them another chance - hoping things had improved. We purchased three bottles of spirits, a cider product and a fairly expensive ($17 for a single large bottle) locally produced brew out of their cooler. When I tried the brew at home a short while later I discovered that the brew had gone bad - a horrible tasting mess,I called the store and spoke with someone that seemed they could not care less about my complaint. He said he could do nothing - but took my name and number for a manager to call back.24 hours later I've heard from nobody.I'd suggest shopping where the ownership and employees truly care about their customers, and I could not recommend To Cellars as fitting that description.

There are two liquor stores in the area. I usually choose this one because of the selection of different kind of beers. The thing that bothers me the most is almost every time I go in there, not one employee greets you as you walk in nor thank you for doing business with them. The conversation with the clerk was this.. "Need a receiept?" "Nope. ""Good to go." Basic customer service skills are a big ol negative here.
