Title is my favorite brand because when it comes to strength, lasting long, being sturdy & fashionable, no other brand comes even close. I have been buying them from other online sites like Amazon but for most, direct from the Title Boxing site. Title has boxing clubs in various states, sells products through online outlets such as Walmart, Target, Dick's & Amazon, also has its own user friendly & vast website to shop.Title company is in Lenexa, Kansas & the website is very professional, user friendly & fun to shop. I have been buying boxing tank tops, sleeveless muscle shirts, t-shirts, gloves & other equipment from them for a long time. On their site, they have every imaginable boxing & mixed martial art product available. Everything from boxing stands, bags, heavy equipment all the way to wristbands, wraps, apparels & gear in a variety of colors, styles & models are available on the Title site.I often shop from them when they have specials going on. Various times a year, they have 20 % off specials & free shipping going on. How can you beat that? Top notch products are on sale with free shipping during these events. Get on their e-mail list & they inform you of the special events & sales. You use promo codes to get deals & free shipping. Their packaging & shipping are awesome. Everything is well bagged & packaged neatly. Their shipping is fast. I never had any problems or returns with their packages; however, if you need help, they have a great customer service on hand. Overall, they will go overboard to satisfy you & make sure that you will have a wonderful experience shopping online. Title does not only sell boxing & martial arts products online but their goal is to make you a return & steady customer. Title also has boxing clubs in many states with programs for the beginners, intermediate & advance boxers. In this day & age, many people take boxing for self-defense or simply for good exercise. Title Boxing Clubs are great heavy-duty clubs but as long as I own my own home gym with all needed equipment, then I do not use them.As a solid customer & fan of the Title Boxing equipment, gears & apparel, I strongly recommend this company to all athletic people. Title products are made to last; they are sturdy & tough. The apparel is well-made, colorful & fashionable. I have been heavily hitting the gym for a lifetime & Title is my favorite brand for the gym. Go for it, I test drove it & it passed my perfectionist taste.

I'm really impressed with Title Boxing's customer service.I order most of my boxing gear from here. I've purchased gloves, punching mitts, hand wraps, and apparel. We recently ordered our Title Boxing free standing bag from here. Since we are going to use it for our kickboxing and my son's MMA training, I really wanted something we all could use. After several phone calls and many questions later we found the best bag for our needs.They sent several emails to let us know when the bag was sent and when it would arrive. The bag also arrived in a timely manner. When we set everything up, we immediately noticed that there was a crack in the base, probably caused during shipping. After a couple of pictures of the damaged base were emailed to the company, the customer service agent, Tiawan, sent out another base right away. Tiawan even called to let us know it was coming and to let him know if there were any problems with the new base. It was so nice to have our purchased backed by great customer service.Today, I decided to find out about their new hand wraps. Since I have small hands and wrists, I contacted Title Boxing directly about what size to order, and Cassie actually went to find them herself to check on dimensions. She then emailed the information back to me within a few minutes. Thanks Cassie!The prices are good at Title Boxing and I find sales online all the time. I like the friendly service each time I call with questions, and I'm not hassled when I've had to return or exchange items. We love this great service and will enjoy Title Boxing's products for years to come!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Carlos for the wonderful service. I was stuck in traffic and hey close at 6pm.We called and Carlos told us to go to the cooperate side since the retail store would be closed by the time we got there. We got there just after 6pm.Carlos went above and beyond to get me the item I wanted and took care of me. Thanks for staying open for me.

I purchased a boxing robe for a Christmas gift from Title Boxing. Despite some warnings on their website about extra time needed for customization and shipping, they got the order done super quick (from order to ship, it was three days!)Very impressed -- only "weird" thing was that custom orders require you to call in and talk to a human -- but it was a quick and painless.Highly recommended!

Great customer service. Called in my order and received shoes 4days later. Wrong size, printed return form online, had to pay return shipping but nothing more. Had they covered return shipping I would have rated it 5star. Recieved new shoes perfect fit about 5 days later.

Gloves are great , but focus bags & speed bags suck. Bladders keep breaking so I can spend any more money

Customer service is excellent!I had an issue with a gym bag I purchased so I used the customer service chat on the website and Amber B was extremely helpful and quick to respond. I started boxing about a year ago and have purchased all my equipment through Titleboxing.com.After sending in a couple pictures I was told that they would be sending a new bad ASAP. I chose to purchase a different bag, so they just put the credit into my account.Everything was fast and easy. I would recommend Title to anyone who needs fighting equipment.

First i ordered a popular double end bag sold for 29.99 $ Many good comment about this bag everywhere on the web!http://store.titleboxing.com/doubleendbags.htmlWen i receive it i found that the leather was very thin and cheap, but i still wanted to give it a try. Too i had to pay expensive duty/ import fee with UPS. I know i have to assume dutty fee, usually sale taxe, but since this bag cost 29.99$ us(+16$ shipping), it's expensive to get an added bill of 28$, about the same value of the item(100% extra cost).On the first day the cheap plastic strap attachment as broken on my first installation, After a week the bag stitches as teared apart. So i send it back!there was a 60 days warranties and I had to assume a 12,41$ Canadian to ship it back to them!After a month ups came to my door with the returned package but asking me another 26.41$ import duty charge!!!(by the way there was an extra 16$ charged to my credit card for getting shipped my replaced item back to me.)I said to UPS that I already paid duty on this item, it's not usual to pay twice duty for the same item that as been replaced by a warranty.According to UPS, it's because Title boxing didn't indicate on there bills that it was a replacement for a defective item / warranties..., what they had on there computer was telling them it was a new sale(like if i bought another extra bag), and this is why i got the extra fee. If title boxing would have done there job properly I wouldn't have to get this second bill!I wrote to Title Boxing to tell them i don't want to pay for there mistake, and the only arrangement they could give me is a store credit for the amount of the duty charge on my account for a next purchase at title Boxing! No thanks! That would mean that to get this credit i would have to get into other problem, and for my credit of 28$ could turn into over 100$ of extra fee, like what happened with this first experience, and being unable to get services, since at title boxing you have to pay even if the error is from there part.I Don't recommend to place any order from Title boxing, there product are cheap, you have to assume for every shipping even on a returned defective item to be ship back to you, and since they don't know how to fill the custom form properly, you will have to pay twice expensive import /duty/ brokerage fee, even if usually you only pay taxes once for a same item.

Canadian customer beware. There is a $45 Brokerage Fee from UPS. This fee is charged because Title chooses the cheapest method of shipping. So regardless of amount that you purchase you will pay the $45 Brokerage Fee. (plus Duty and HST)Title knows about the $45 fee but the amounts are not disclosed and their customer service tries to blame the cost on Canadian customs.........no disclosure.....poor customer service. Stay away.
