Tipsy Tavern

I was impressed with the fast, friendly service and the tasty adult beverages at this family-run food truck.I ran across this Gardner, KS based truck at a Rolling Meadows event in Olathe. Aaliyah handled the line of customers at a good pace. My summer spritzer ($10 including tax) was served soon after I ordered at the window. The drink was nicely sized and tasted great, with a lime wedge and a good kick.The menu included a good variety of drinks with name brand spirits. The prices weren't listed on the menu, but were reasonable for a truck, with cocktails at $10 and beers ranging from $3-6 (including tax}. They also offered mocktails, sodas and juices for the kiddos.The lady in front of me ordered an off-menu bloody Mary and they were ready for it.Very nice!
