Three Bees is the sweetest, coziest cafe on Southwest Boulevard in the Rosedale neighborhood. Immediately when you arrive, you are greeted by the cutest cottage-y exterior, and once inside, feast your eyes on the vibrant, charming Mexican pottery that covers the walls and all surfaces. Three Bees is tiny inside -- with only 5 tables and space for maybe 20 people to sit. It adds to the coziness, but be warned that sometimes they can fill up on the weekends. Three Bees always has a super fun seasonal menu, and they have a compact speciality menu with Mexican inspired flavors. They have some pastries at the counter, but the real reasons to visit is to get tamales or the birria burrito. The birria breakfast burrito (braised beef, cheese, eggs, veggies) is griddled to perfection and served with consommé, and it is fabulously delicious!! They are known for their tamales, and they have tons of options (including vegan and vegetarian). There is usually good street parking available on Iowa St since the space is pretty small, and it's located in a neighborhood basically.

Small but welcoming atmosphere. They had a couple of seasonals and the regular drinks. The blueberry latte was tasty! I would get that one again. The tamales were great. I recommend the pork or chicken.Being able to see the pottery inside is nice and they are available for purchase! We came in on Saturday morning in October. Traffic inside was steady with a combination of people staying and ordering to-go. My biggest complaint was the two ladies behind the register. They were not super helpful with questions or recommendations and they were not the most friendly. They made it seem like they had better things to do.

I pass by Three Bees every day on my morning commute and couldn't help but be delightfully intrigued by Coffee. Pottery. Tamales. I finally checked them out and glad I did! I came for the coffee and stayed for the pottery. I was pretty blown away and really enjoyed viewing what they have to offer. I'm typically a latte fan and I love the opportunity to try a place's specialty latte. I see it as a *show me what you're made of* glimpse into what a place may do well. I thought the tres leches latte was delicious and unique. As you can see from photos, they have a charming building with nice patio seating. I'll have to come back for a tamale!

Perfect spot for a rainy day latte. This hidden gem offers more than just coffee. They have speciality Horchata and Atole drinks. And if you're hungry try a tamale! Surrounded by amazing pottery with vibrant colors & designs. Cozy and full of character. On a nice day enjoy the patio seating or the tree swing. The Early Spring Latte was divine. The Ivy covered building, tree swing and patio make it so unique and captivating. A must visit KC!

I was so impressed with this coffee shop! I tried several of their tamales with my partner the pork, beef, and veggie. We also tried the banana-leaf wrapped Oaxaca tamale, with rice and beans. Everything was delicious! I had the dirty horchata, which was a perfect mix of authentic horchata and coffee with notes of Abuelita Mexican chocolate. My boyfriend had the hot coffee, which was also wonderful! Prices are very reasonable. Everything was served in beautifully crafted cups, and service was friendly. The shop itself is full of stunning pottery pieces, handmade candles, and other goodies. It will be a must from now on when we visit KS City!

What a cool place! It has been on our KC bucket list for a while and we finally tried it out. I got the Dulche De Leches cold brew with cold foam, it was SO good. I could have ordered a whole cup of just the foam, haha! The atmosphere is quirky, unique, and colorful. The service was quick and friendly and we enjoyed sitting outside, it was a beautiful morning. Cannot wait to try more items here!

I love this little coffee shop! The vibe is amazing, very relaxed and inviting. It's cozy without feeling small. They also have a great outdoor seating area when weather is permitting.I highly recommend the Dirty Horchata and the Birria Burrito. Enjoy them both while chatting to the lovely staff or enjoying the ambience.

Cute little coffee and pottery shop, be warned that seating and parking are very limited. They have good coffee and and it's a great spot to sit outside and enjoy a nice cup and some solid breakfast!
