Thompson Bros Cubanos

Stopped by to grab a Cuban this morning while they were at Friction. It was okay but not spectacular. Looked better than it tasted. The pork was nowhere near as good as most Cubans I've had. Needed more mustard and pickles too. The people working were friendly. I won't go out of my way to try them again, but would maybe give them a try if I'm hungry somewhere and they're the only nearby food option.

I was super excited to try this food truck because I'd been wanting to for a while. So when they posted that they'd be nearby, I jumped at the opportunity. They have a super simple menu: Cubans, bagged chips, canned soda. I went with just a Cuban. It was decent sized, if I'd order just a half I'd probably have still been hungry so I definitely recommend the full sized sandwich. It was overall good. It's definitely a traditional Cuban-I've tried some that like to make cute little twists. The staff were very friendly and efficient. I'd definitely hit up this truck again to grab a sandwich in the future.

I caught Thompson Bros down at Transport Brewery in Gardner and holy smokes... Cubanos are typically not a sandwich I crave l, but after having theirs, that's going to change! Clint and all the crew are fantastic in their service. Great attitudes and solid customer service. The sandwiches are made fresh so plan on a normal wait for the prep. They were slammed and they got my party of five's order done in around 5 minutes. They had great music rolling for that "Tampa Cubano vibe". Highly recommend!

I hired them for a work party and the Cuban sandwiches were delicious. I did see his only negative review so I reminded him to not forget about the food haha! They are fun to bring to any event as they provide great service and ambience.

REALLY NO STARS!Hired for a neighborhood concert. Advertised in advance. Didn't bring his food. First job on a food truck is FOOD. But this guy didn't bring much. Ran out in 15 minutes. Maybe 8 to 10 orders. Then told people who prepaid that he might have more in an hour. They're still waiting. What a rip!STRONG DO NOT RECOMMEND!
