All I can say is:Order the delicious chicken pot pie, and top your meal off with the S'mores Pie. OMG . My dining companion called the pie the "most perfectly proportioned set of delicious dessert ingredients together ever"!And I'll add: Our server was terrific! But the music was way too loud to hear ourselves talk, and mgmt said they "couldn't" turn it down. I'll just say that, inexplicably, he wouldn't. We were two of their very few late lunch customers on 1/4/25, the afternoon the big ice and snow blizzard began in KC, and unknown to us, it was getting worse every minute we were there. We struggled mightily on their sidewalk and parking lot trying to stay on our feet getting to our cars. They hadn't been very proactive about salting in advance, and they' were lucky no one was hurt. And yes, we were crazy to be out in it! Our only excuse is it came on quicker than we expected. But let's get back to that incredible S'mores Pie...

Did someone say happy hour?! My very first tripto Third Street Social was truly a dream. I wasn't in the mood to eat a ton, so the crispy fried Brussels and cauliflower were a perfect selection. It was light, yet fulfilling. I really enjoyed the jalapeño aioli it was paired with. Service was great, the vibe was chill, and the bathroom was clean. Top tier!

Food was awesome (my boyfriend and I each had Prime Rib). My daughter had the potpie. Third street was able to get us in on a Saturday at 6pm, which was also nice. Service was excellent as well. I have been here multiple times over the past 3 years and I have never had a bad experience.

What a great find!! We made online reservations forBrunch and loved our meals! We started off with the carafe of mimosas which were wonderful, and the fried donut holes with raspberry jam. SO good!We all tried the basic breakfast and the spicy chicken biscuit and thought they were all good. I ordered the spicy chicken Benny and was blown away with how good it was! And they give you so much food it is impossible to finish. We will definitely be back to try lunch and dinner as brunch was 5 stars!

Love this space, so large and lots of bright, natural light..have private rooms and can accommodate large parties on reservations...parking is a little tight sometimes depending on the time of day but they have more spaces on the side of the street too. The food is always excellent! They even had a good variation of a mock tail for me! The service was sweet but she was a bit forgetful..such a darling though! Thanks for an experience in your new location!

Cute spot visited on a girl's trip. Festive for the holiday. Pre-made reservations and we were seated right away. It was packed! Super cool space, decorated for the holiday. Five of us were seated in a large, half-moon booth comfortably, if our 6th hadn't fallen ill, it would have been a tight fit. Another great server! Kailee was super nice, worked with us on our choices, very accommodating to our requests. She was great. A round of drinks, I enjoyed mine even if I forget the name. Brussells Sprout appetizer? I am ordering it! Crispy Fried Brussels and Cauliflower was super good, a nice roast with just enough crispiness. It could have used more cauliflower. It was about 75/25 ratio.Order the slow roasted prime rib sandwich. It was smoky, tender, the bread was soft. The combo of horseradish and au jus put it over the top. I stopped myself at half but it was so good I could have eaten the whole sandwich. We were on our way home when i realized my leftovers where in the fridge of the place we stayed. I was so disappointed I wasn't going to have that goodness again any time soon. We had a great time and great food. Thanks to Kailee for being a big part of that! The right server can make or break a good time and she was a total asset for the restaurant.

This is my boyfriend and I's regular spot! food and atmosphere is always so good. All of our servers have always been attentive even during summer when we're usually on the patio! We usually come for burger night which is always a hit (burger sauce is fire) but the last couple times we came for his birthday (so I included his dessert from last time) , and today we came to celebrate me ending fall semester! always a great time I always recommend

I've had this newer location for Third Street Social on my list for some time so when a friend asked if we could meet here for lunch I jumped at the chance. It's located along main street near the Peanut, in the old Nick & Jake's building. I feel like this spot sees a lot of turnover so I'm pulling for Third Street to be a local presence in this location for years to come. The ambiance is nice, I found it to be a bit chilly indoors, but you know it was early fall and with temperatures fluctuating it might just have been the nature of the time of year we found ourselves in. The salmon salad I had was very tasty, though nothing I couldn't get just about anywhere in town. Overall I'd say the food here and the ambiance make for a nice little local spot. I would like to see some more stand out entrees, but honestly it all tasted great and the food my friend got looked even better. I'm sure I'll be back soon!

I seem to be stuck visiting the Country Club Plaza and have yet to try the Lee's Summit location. The Plaza just seems to satisfy and continues to improve. My most recent dining experience was a celebratory one, my niece's birthday & boy it was anything short of a hit! We had the entire top floor to ourselves and THE Most Impeccable service. There were close to 40 of us and the young lady WORKED IT!!! Do you hear me? She was Phenomenal!!!We acknowledged her sweet spirit, obvious tenacity & unmatched ability to navigate a party of our size alone. Did I say ALONE? Whew!!! She did what I don't know if I could do. Just thinking about it makes me weary. We complimented her throughout and took care of her in the end! I believe she left feeling valued and appreciated (not to mention exhausted with achy feet). The food was extraordinary. My chicken was seasoned to perfection and the temperature was on point. The pork chops were ginormous and the house salad and sides tasted like they came Straight from Big Mama's Kitchen! They were certainly enough for at least 2 meals if not 3. The ambiance was perfect and the space accommodated us well. Our cupcakes and birthday festivities were welcomed and a great time was had by all. Although I want to conclude on a 'no critique note', I mustn't keep this to myself. It's for the good of the restaurant AND patrons so hear me out. The house smoked salmon dip appetizer was great in texture, but over-seasoned in flavor (waaayyyy too much sodium). I'm not certain what can be done to enhance (perfect) this, but there has to be a fix of some sort. It would've been delectable without all the salt. I can taste a do-over now with the toasted focaccia...umph, umph, umph. PLEASE work on it. It's worth it. Other than that everything exceeded my expectations. This type of superior service with food that more than satisfied my palate and an inviting atmosphere keeps me coming back AND sharing with others.Way to bring in a New Year Third Street...Consistency is Key!
