I came here for the first time on RSD 2019 and thought "Why did it take me so long to try this place out?" I loved it as soon as I walked inside. It's huge inside, tons and tons of used vinyl. A small but mighty selection of new records too. I would love to come back with more time on my hands to go through the crates of jazz and classical. Their RSD selection was healthy too. There was a basement with this year's and last year's selections. When I checked out the staff was super friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Looking forward to coming back.

Sherman and Greg ordered my records from March 15 and have refused to pay for them or return them to me. I paid the shipping to send them the records they ordered and they agreed to pay for the records COD. I am still waiting for the payment or the return of the record.

Lots of selection, good service, nice smoke shop in the back too. I do wish they had more Waylon Jennings's stuff. Will be back again.

Large selection of vinyl records. Found a few that were rare and not easy to find. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely come back.

Highly recommend Vinyl Underground. It is my hobby to visit record stores as I travel around the country. This one is in the top ten. No snooty employees. Don't be fooled. When you walk in to 7th heaven you are going to pass by a lot of vinyl. Keep going down the stairs. That is where you will find the real collection. I can't believe this store is in my own backyard. Jonathan was working and he is awesome. Great selection. Well organized. Good for the collector and for the average vinyl enthusiast.

Best record shop in the city. A very large selection of new and used records. Great prices on the used records and if you have the time, spend some time in the basement.

Pretty good sized shop. Both new and used selection. Huge new arrivals section for used, which is nice. Was asked by staff a few times if they could help with anything, so good service too. Prices seemed good.

On my first visit, I was amazed at the quantity of records available. I spent about $80 bucks, between LPs, 45s and 78s, including some of the "buy 1 get 2 free" 45s and LPs. The REAL treasures was in 78's, though. I found some rare King Cole Trio 78s on Capitol for about $3 each in VG+ shape, as well as the hit version of The Three Suns' "Twilight Time" on Majestic, which isn't to be found on CDs or LPs with decent sound. It helps to know what you're looking for with LPs, though. With respect to stereo albums between 1958 and 1967, often the mono releases have superior sonic balance between vocals and the instrumental backing tracks, and you can find original mono pressings here at reasonable prices and they stock new vinyl pressings, too. You can also get yourself a turntable here, as they have both new and used audio gear. This is one great store for music lovers!
