The View

The staff are always friendly and always cleaning the machines. We joined in May in the middle of Covid and I have been impressed how they have handled it. They take temperatures and insure you as well as everyone else wears masks - I've heard them remind people to put masks over mouth and nose. They also had been remodeling and gotten new equipment in late 2020. It's a friendly environment and has nice equipment - a variety of aerobic machines, track, basketball courts, indoor pool, new weight and pulley machines in December 2020, weights including barbells, kettlebells plus dumbbells from 5-120 lbs.

Positive - Clean facility, great pool, decent basketball courts, good indoor track, no lines. If you are a local resident, t's VERY CHEAP!!Negatives - adult staff is rude and uninterested in any sort of customer service. All remaining staff seem to be teenage kids with no form of managed structure, proper training and interest in working at all. You hear "No" from the management staff and "I don't know" from all the rest - if you can break into their conversation among themselves.Keep a close eye on any valuables. There are cameras, but no one is ever looking at them. Many areas are unsupervised.Note to management: every person there needs customer service training and all of your employees need to learn what is offered at your facility or simply remove them from the front desk. You don't need five of them at the front desk anyway.

I enjoy this place. I work out here a few times a week and it's usually very clean and the front desk staff is helpful. NiceUpdated machines and enough room. I've visited during busy hours but it's never really crowded. Good amount of machines and equipment!

We take kids here on outings at my workplace, and it's always a big hit. Very nice community center...I've mostly used the pool area, but it's very nicely maintained, and a lot of fun. Nice changing area, pleasant staff. Thumbs up to The View!

One of my families favorite parks. Has a path for kids to ride bikes while still being in sight of parents. Has a nice paçilion with grills for cooking out. Walking paths for adults run through the park area. Well shaded in the hot summer is a plus too

Horrible management that cannot resolve issues timely.

Very disappointed in this beautiful facility. The manager extremely rude. Refused to talk directly to me even though I was less than 5 steps away. Billing issues which were 100% their fault (it's set up on automatic pay). A very large child "goosed" my 9 year old grand daughter and the staff did not even talk to this at least 14 year old but told her not to talk to him. (He was a member of their Day camp) Only giving a 2 star because the front desk staff are generally lovely and as mentioned it's an amazing structure all in all My heart hurts as it was the answer to my place to get healthy.

Came here for a birthday party. The building is very nice but the staff is super rude. All of them. Was considering getting a membership but I can't deal with the attitude
