The View at Briarcliff Event Space

Pretty space with evening views to die for. I have attended two wedding here. Terrific atmosphere, stellar service and the most delicious food and baked goods. This place has a balcony in the event space just for throwing the bouquet! Lovely place!

Came here on a blustery March day for a business meeting. One of the other party we were meeting with had made the arrangements, so I was only an attendee. The place was nice, comfortable and the staff that I briefly interacted with were both pleasant and professional. All the requests that I new of were promptly and politely taken care of. So, for a participant, I enjoyed it. Also, they had drinks and snacks which were all top notch. Finally, we had a catered lunch. It was a solid meal. Not great, but probably top notch for what I would expect a catered hotel meal to be like. If you are looking for fine dining, you're in the wrong category. For an event space, it hit the mark.

We attended a wedding reception earlier in the fall and I must say this is a hidden gem of a venue!The views are immaculate. The city skyline as the sunset was beautiful. There are definitely a lot of picturesque opportunities for social media. This was a perfect place for a wedding reception as it's part of the Marriott. I also love that there is also a Starbucks in the lobby as well.If you're wearing heels, be wary of the very lengthy flight of stairs you need to take to access the ballroom area. The food was brought in so we didn't eat the items from the venue menu. It was a dim sum meal and there was a lot of seafood-which caused us to leave early as my husband has a shellfish allergy.If you're in the market for a wedding venue, it will not hurt to put this place on your list to explore. I definitely recommend!

The best sunset panoramic view of the downtown KC skyline. The service is amazing, and very hospitable. The champagne chicken from the preferred caterer is to die for! The hotel room discounts are a great perk too!

Beautiful event space overlooking downtown KC! Some of the best catering I've ever had. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend for any event.

Was at a wedding #HeneckeEverAfter and was amazed by the wonderful service I witnessed and experienced. The View of downtown is outstanding and hope to be back here again soon. I see all kinds of potential for different events here and hope to be a photobooth operator at one again soon; J-Smiles.

I had a four day training for work at The View at Briarcliff. As a new mother currently breastfeeding, Liz and Karen rolled out the red carpet when giving me a designated place to pump. They made certain the space was comfortable and that I would have the utmost privacy. I felt like I had my own little lounge for the whole four days. Thank you, ladies, for the stellar accommodation!

We had our daughter's 16th birthday party here with a DJ and dancing and it was magical! The beautiful view of the city added to the atmosphere. The staff was excellent to work with! I'd highly recommend the venue.
