The Running Well Store

I'm a long time fan of the Running Well Store being a continuous washed up college avid runner. The service is always friendly and they can tell I know what I want. You'll find good deals on their products and selection of products is always improving every time I visit the store. If you are an avid runner and enjoy in person shoe stores this is the place to go.

They will do a walking analysis to see what kind of stride you have. Don't worry, it's free. They will measure both feet and help you find the size, fit, and brands that are best for you. Who knew I've been wearing the wrong size shoe this entire time?! All of the staff is so friendly too.

My shins hurt every time I run and I've been doing this since February. I narrowed the problem down to my shoes. I looked up Saucony, and eyed the new Guide shoe.I found The Running Well store on the Saucony website.I went to the store, and he suggested I do a fitting. I got on the treadmill so he could see how I run, and he video taped my feet. Then he carefully measured my feet, both,and suggested shoes from one of the categories. I was pleased that the Saucony Guide was top of the category, and well,I have good taste. He bought out 3 pairs of shoes, including the Saucony, which I decided on. I might not even have to wear my plantar fascitis orthotic cause the shoe has orthotic support.I also loaded up on good socks. This store is clean, pretty and you should check out their wall of run tickets. This is where i will go when I need my shoes. The staff is knowledgeable and really knows their topic. My shoes, so far, so good.

Went to store for Bodies Run packet pick-up. Had shoes in bin my size10, went home tried to run shoe was a Wide, not noted NO BOX! Returned to store said shoe was wide. Store clerk said sorry no refunds signs were everywhere!! She said you wore them outside no refund!! CROOKS!!Running BAD STORE!!!

Clean, crisp ( can i say that about a retail store....i did) well thought displays and lots of various inventory. I always try to support local small business owners! And everyone has feet so why not buy your "sneakers" from people who care about them and your dollar bills! Keep up the good work --- Kathy the owner works her tail off!

Good customer service and store is clean, lots of variety and color choices many easy to ship in, bang for your buck.

I can't say enough great things about all the running well stores. I have been buying my running shoes from them for over 8 years. Last weekend was my first trip to this location. The staff was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. No matter where you are in your running or walking career these people can help you! I have turned several friends onto running and I ALWAYS recommend going here. I have some running friends that tell me to just buy next pair online, but because of the quality of service I get here I will keep coming to running well. It's so important to shop local! I feel energized and ready for my next race when I leave. Thanks guys!

I can't say enough good things about this store. Knowledgeable staff. Friendly. Excellent selection and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Was trying out a different pair of running shoes and did two returns until I found the perfect pair. Will definitely be back for all my running shoes from now on.
