Beautiful @theroasterie Brookside
The almond croissant and macaron are OK. The espresso is very good: it's a bright flavor profile.

Classic roasterie spot. Lots of fresh coffee bags ready to be sold. Plenty of options on the menu, the coffee was great as expected. Vegan friendly

Back on The Roasterie train! It's a nice walk for my daughters and I on the weekend, and lately we've been loving the fact that they carry Ibis Bakery goodies. The drink of the fall for me has been this Sunrise Espresso Tonic (candied orange syrup, tonic water, espresso) which is so unlike anything I normally get. Thanks to fellow Yelper Sarah G. for this tip!Like all coffee shops, somehow their in-store drinks now cost what lunch used to a few years ago, so it's a sometimes treat for sure. However I do buy the gigantic bag of Roasterie beans at CostCo, so in some ways I'm always running on Roasterie. For the kids, their doughnuts have been a hit and I mean, they are really good. Nice and light, flavorful. This isn't one of those preservative-packed junk donuts like at chain spots, it's legit.Nice atmosphere, with the patio being the go-to on a nice morning, and there is often good energy throughout here. It's sort of "old reliable" in the KC coffee shop world.

Visited the Brookside location on my way to work on a weekday morning. The place has a cool vibe and lots of places to sit--and options depending on if you want to chat or work. We were greeted quickly at the desk. The coffee and chocolate croissant were good -a small mocha with coconut flavor was over $7, so it was pretty expensive. At this price, I will only visit occasionally. Also, the bags of coffee beans are several dollars more than the grocery store, so if you are buying beans, go to your local grocery store instead. Compared with local coffee chains, this location of Roasterie offers a good experience overall at a premium price.

This is a lovely coffee shop that I don't get to frequent too often. I was in the neighborhood today so had to stop by. Today's drip coffee is Costa Rican single origin. Smooth, flavorful with fruity undertones and just the right level of acidity.I picked up a Croissant for Mr. G. and an Almond Croissant for my breakfast tomorrow.Easy to park on this Sunday afternoon, spaces on the street on the north entrance are marked for 15 minute parking.Friendly and helpful batista. Nice vibe for working with comfortable seating. Cool Merch!

I live within walking distance of this location and I have always have a great experience. I will say this location is ALWAYS busy! Doesn't matter what time of day or what time of year, go in knowing that it is busy! The drinks are always delicious and if they have them in stalk, I usually get the chorizo breakfast burrito. When the weather is nice, I love sitting outside on the patio. If you are just grabbing and going, I definitely recommend downloading their app and ordering ahead of time. If you are in a rush and order in person, be patient with the staff. They get busy and they can only make the drinks so fast. I always get so frustrated when customers order and then get upset their drink isn't instantly done. So if you are needing a quick cup to go, order ahead of time! But if you staying to enjoy your coffee and eat, there is lots of different seating options for whatever you are needing. I love coming here and will definitely continue to come here.

The Roasterie Cafe is a nice little cafe in a great location. The cafe has a variety of seating - including a nice little seating area perfect for groups towards the north side of the building. I had great and quick service, and found a comfortable seat with easy access to an electrical outlet. Despite being a somewhat busy area, there was plenty of parking on the backside of the cafe. I'll surely be returning the next time I'm in the neighborhood.

Expensive and not friendly. Not a hello, thank you, or even have a good day. Just staring at you after they take your money. I can get stared at anyplace for free, I don't need to pay 8 bucks for a meh latte for that.

Cute shop with the friendliest baristas.Had a doctors appointment nearby so we placed a mobile order for pick up. A relaxed and cozy shop with a variety of local KC businesses you can support inside. They have the regular coffee along with pastries, breads, chocolates, mugs, gift items, etc.

Seems to be popular, atmosphere was comfortable. I did not like the coffee at all. It seems that many people do though.
