Ordered a basket of fries although what we received looked like it was as an order being cleared from another table that someone else didn't finish........... my point is that the basket was lacking fries! Looked like a child size portion. No bueno- why stick it to your customer??

Stopped in for the live music on the patio on 5/25. Sat at the outdoor wrap around bar on the patio. Three different female employees came out and not one came to ask if we wanted a drink or food menu. They looked at us but were more interested in picking up some little dirty dog WALKING along the ENTIRE outside bar. I went inside and ordered two four drinks and the bartender was very helpful and even opened the door for me. I saw him bringing drinks out for other customers. Meanwhile the three females did nothing. There weee three tables never cleaned the entire time we sat watching the live music. I posted the sign that we later saw hidden indicating check in for patio seating. Ok so we missed it, get over it and address the customer, there was only a handful of people outside. We won't be back.

Our group of five was seated outside after the lunch rush. We sat at our table for 20 minutes without being greeted by a server although several servers made eye contact but never officially acknowledged our presence. When we went back inside to be re-seated, the server was actually one of the same servers that saw us sitting outside. When I told the server we had been sitting outside for 20 minutes without service, she pretended to not have known we were out there.Our family have been regulars at this establishment for the last 12 years and have never experienced such horrible service. I even asked to speak with a manager. However, a manager never materialized or spoke with us. Too bad there aren't many other restaurant options where we live.

Didn't take any pics, but I wanted to remind everyone about the great deal you can get at The Other Place Shawnee on Wednesday nights. 2 9" pizzas (cheese, double pepperoni, Alfredo, buffalo, a combo, or taco) plus an appetizer (spinach dip, cheese bread, half onion ring or beef nachos) for $22! I love their spinach dip, it has artichoke and tri-color chips, plus the pizza and service is always fantastic.

Great scratch kitchen! This is a lot quieter then the other locations. We grabbed a booth and enjoyed the kettle chips, mozzarella sticks, and wings. The kettle chips were awesome and pair nicely with their famous ranch dressing. The mozzarella sticks were hot and delicious. These aren't your average frozen bar kind that comes out exploded or luke warm. These are fresh cheese cooked to order!The wings were a hit too. Especially with their famous ranch. The drinks were very generous sized. Definitely would eat there again.

Pizza was burnt. Spaghetti is disgusting. Service was terrible. There aren't many places to eat in Western Shawnee so that must be why people still go there.

Can't watch any games at the bar because there is so much static on the speakers. We were there for a Chiefs game but left for Tanners.

My friends have all gone here to enjoy the food , drinks and watch the Chiefs games. The speakers are so terrible that customers as well as us are not coming back till they are fixed. Can't hear the game. All we hear is terrible static.
