Have never had bad service here. So far everyone we've had has been phenomenal, their Food is great as well

We came here based on positive reviews before we went to a Chiefs game at arrowhead in September. The online reviews sure were right. This place is great. We were able to sit in a comfortable booth and watch lots of TVs getting jazzed up to go to the game . I enjoyed a large salad and my friends all had burgers. Everyone was very pleased with their order and ate everything. It looks like lots of people were taking pizza to go and we are very happy with the service food and atmosphere.

I ordered a mushroom swiss hamburger. The mushrooms were canned and not sautéed. Fries Fries were crinkled fries with something on them. Service was good. But food underwhelming.

I met some friends to watch the Chiefs game. The food is good. The breading that's used for the fried food is like no other. If you're torn, purchase the sampler platter. You'll thank me later.

The restaurant was very welcoming and clean my problems with the lunch special that they had two slices of pizza with a drink. I ordered two slices of pepperoni pizza. The pizza look good until I cut into it with my knife and fork because the cheese had melted all over the pizza didn't notice that the base crust was raw in the center about a quarter inch thickness between the cheese and the crust was raw dough, also the crust on the perimeter of the pizza had no flavor to it. I've never eaten sheet rock before, but if I ever had, I'd say the crust was made with a mixture of sheet rock because after five minutes the crust got as hard as rock almost taste like apaste. very hard and tasteless. I don't know that I would go back and try anything else there but who knows maybe I'll give them another try later. I was gonna go to the local Minsky's Pizza now I wish I would have..

This new location offered good service, good lunch prices and a tasty meal during my dine-in lunch visit.The taco salad lunch ($8.99) was served just seven minutes after I ordered at the bar. The salad has undergone some shrinkflation since I had it for lunch at another location, but it was still reasonably sized with a generous amount of beef and a tasty, medium salsa.They offer good lunch specials and daily food and drink specials.I noticed a nice bar area, plenty of TVs and background music inside with a partially covered patio and a fire pit outside.Very nice!

Now that brewbakers has closed, there needed to be another bar and grill to fill the gap. Luckily the other place came in and locked in a solid location away from direct traffic. The food and service has always been friendly and they are quick to deliver from the kitchen to in house. So far, everything I've had tasted good for bar and grill food. It is affordably priced and offer a decent selection to choose from. The inside is clean and they have lots of staff to make the restaurant efficient.

We just had dinner at The Other Place for the first time & it was not a good experience. We ordered the dip trio & it was fine. The breaded mushrooms & they were good. My husband & I were planning to split the large lasagna, but it came out barely warm & without our salad. I sent it back & we started eating the salad, but realized there was a lot of brown old lettuce that I had to pick out. We requested the manager to come over to let him know about our issues with the kitchen, but he really didn't even seem to care. He literally did not even apologize. He did give us the onion rings for free that we ordered to replace our meal bc we had a baby that was pushing bedtime & we needed something on the fly. He also didn't charge us for the salad, but honestly he shouldn't have anyway for our trouble. We didn't even know that he removed them until the bill came. He admitted they should have caught it, but that's not an apology. He definitely didn't seem concerned. I can forgive a lot of things with an apology, without one though, I doubt I'll go back anytime soon. I got a pic of the dips & chips, but the lasagna didn't stick around long enough. Our waiter was very nice, but not an overly experienced server. Lots of direction had to be given.

I ordered a salad with chicken and noticed that it was not cooked all the way. At the end, the server told the manager which the manager stated to take 10 percent off. I requested to take off my salad which was not edible. Manager did not come over to the table. If you are in management it is your job to see the customer. The server argue with me and say I ate the salad which I did not. When you put dressing on your salad it flattens. It was the worst experience and we eat there often. Ever again. Manager error.

My husband and I went to try this restaurant and was very happy with our choice. My husband had the tenderloin lunch plate and I had the fried chicken tenders salad. Both meals were delicious. Our server was very helpful and pleasant. Really enjoyed the fact that the music playing was low enough that you could visit without having to yell. I would recommend.this place for a pleasant dining experience.
