The New Daddy's 10-13 Diner

2 years later and this place is still going strong. The quality of the food has held up and the pricing while it has increased slightly is still worth it. I've tried several local diners and restaurants in the tri-county area and Daddy's is still coming in first place. Their cooks know how to make the food, their waitstaff is experienced and do a good job, and the menu items are always tasty. Thank you Daddy's 10-13 for providing a nice place to eat that's not a 45 minute drive from my home.

If you find yourself in Richmond, MIssouri looking for breakfast, check out Daddy's Diner. The food is regularly good, served hot, and fast attentive service. We have eaten both breakfast and dinner at the diner and have really enjoyed our meal. Daddy's Diner is a "No-frills" dining experience when you are hungry for a meal. The only reason I gave Daddy's 4 stars is because the allow smoking inside the restaurant and do not abide by the Missouri Clean Air Act.

3 Stars score is for their breakfast food alone. It's not worth it to stop in here for lunch or supper. The food is not good. But if you go for breakfast be prepared to wait. I mean actually wait. Sometimes over an hour. Not ideal with small children. We often have the same older waitress who is a little bit of an odd duck but she stops at the table often to update us on the status of our food. If not for that we would probably be tempted to leave. Bathroom and the tables are always clean.

Little diner with meh food. Not really bad, just meh. Maybe i havent found the right thing to order yet.

Biscuits and gravy was very bland and almost gritty. weirdly thick. hash browns came out slimey and uncooked when specified well done. when I complained the wholes staff demeanor changed and was no longer welcoming. Only was offered a refund after very sternly asking for it and was only refunded for what I didn't "eat" we barely touched our food lol. Coffee tasted gross and like they brewed the same stuff three times. me and my girlfriend both got sick within a hour of eating there. only thing I will give this place is the prices aren't outrageous. but with my order of two half orders of biscuits and gravy and one side hashbrown put me out $15 still. All the tables were wobbly and chairs were painful. Whole place is a cut from 1960 for better or worse.

We had breakfest this morning here. We asked for crispy hash browns, our waitress said they we'll come out how they are cooked as crisp as they get. They came barely cooked. The sasuage was burnt and when we mentioned it to the waitress she said we'll that's how they cook it.

Visited here on (01/08/23) ordered Breakfast, Rise & Shine which cam with hash browns & toast. Asked to sub the toast for a biscuit, which was ok. Then looked at the A La Cart extras, and saw gravy for a $1.95 add. So I asked to add the gravy also and was told if I did that it's considered a 1/2 order of biscuits & gravy for $3.95, REALLY? So again, I looked at the A La Cart and saw that you can also add a biscuit for $1.50, so I said just give me a biscuit and the gravy off of the side menu and again was told I couldn't do that, it's considered a 1/2 order of Biscuits & Gravy for $3.95, totally ridiculous!!! Take the items off of the sides menu if you cannot order them!!!

This has become the new Sunday morning breakfast spot for the family! Absolutely love their biscuits and gravy!
