The breakfast burritos are really good and great price for the size. I got an Airbnb booked close by and this was the perfect morning spot to grab food.

Love this literal hole in the wall. It has a strange variety on its menu, but should be able to find something for everyone. Maybe 4-5 tables in the joint. Great quick lunch and they offer delivery.

Went to their stand on Noland because I was craving tamales. The pork tamales DO NOT DISAPPOINT!!! Sooooooo delicious. Absolutely hit the spot! The rice is great and so are the beans. Highly recommend.

In a small strip of shops, next to the barbershop, is the lunch box. I really, really wanted to like this place! Family-owned, a nice young lady behind the counter who was helpful and friendly, a good selection of menu items, etc. just too many things I ended up not liking. I just wanted a glass of water to drink but guess that was not an option so I was given a bottle. I really wanted some guacamole but when I ordered it, I found the only way their guacamole is available is spicy as they mix their guacamole with a spicy sauce.I ordered a steak quesadilla for $6.59. The price was reasonable and it was freshly made but my first six bites had tough meat/gristle in them so I had to spit it out. I was pretty well done after that. With the bottle of water my lunch was over nine dollars. I actually ended up heading over to Queen Taco on 23rd St. to make chips and guacamole my lunch and my nine bucks spent at the lunchbox was down the drain.
