Great place! Visited on a Friday and Saturday and saw two great shows. Welcoming environment and lots of laughs!

Uncomfortable and awkward comedy. $30 per ticket, donated $20 and in return was a decent burger and poor improv. I felt bad for the three decent improv players who were teamed with three that had zero business being on stage. Donated because I believe in this medium but KC Improv, you can do way better. #amatuernightonmydime

I've not been in a while, but I catch them everytime I'm in KC. Great stuff, hilarious! Would I say on par with some of the Chicago stuff? I would. Is it true? Go see for yourself! Worth the time.

Hilarious every time I go! Super nice and fun for anyone: out of town guests, date night, family, or just on your own! And they require vaccines, so I can laugh without getting a deadly disease! Hurray!!

I love this place!!Of course some shows are better than others, but I have yet to see a bad one here. Always a great place to bring friends, whenever I have out of town visitors I have to bring them to a show. The staff are all friendly or at least funny, the drinks are cold and there's not a bad seat since it's an intimate venue. And if you are in need of a little pick me up there is a coffee house literally upstairs. Wish I could go every weekend!

A fun place to go for a little different experience in Kansas City! The KC Improv Co provides a unique, laid back atmosphere for comedy shows. They offer cheap drinks during the shows as well. Out of the 3 acts we saw, 2 were awesome and 1 was pretty good. Go out and have a few drinks/dinner in Westport and head over to catch a show!

This place had some hits and misses, more misses. I bought our $13 tickets online so it was a very affordable price. My husband and I arrived early to the coffee shop and was told that it would be another 10 min before we could be seated. We left and walked around as I had read online that there was another entry option. We entered the Green Room and took a bit to be acknowledged - review for the that elsewhere. Checked into the host with our tickets and beer, sat towards the front. They do sell some beer selections in the place. This is the last comedy place we needed to visit in this area and I would rank it as the lowest. They have a mix of improv, skits, and musicians. I only enjoyed/laughed at 3 acts; 2 of them involved music. Would I go back for another attempt to be entertained - probably not. The low percent of quality comedy acts isn't worth the time or drive.

My husband and I have been twice and found it to be a great experience. The food is fantastic, the drinks are strong and comedians are hilarious. I also like the seating arrangements, it doesn't feel like you're all stacked on top of one another. The Draftcade connected to the building is also fun for before or after the show

Laughed until my pants split. Went with a crew from work and just had a geniunely great time. Can't wait to go back.

Took the level one improv class and enjoyed it so much that I signed up for the second level. Showed up for class to an empty theater. No one told me the class was postponed. This was in August. Class finally scheduled for January. Show up for the first class to an empty theater for the second time. Once again, they postponed the class but failed to tell me (and, apparently, only me). They have promised a full refund, but I won't ever sign up for another class with them.
