We went on a Sunday and it wasn't busy. I thought it was fun for my first time. They automatically size you down on the size of your skates.

This was a fun experience for the kids, we took them here to enjoy family time together. Staff were helpful but they were very busy considering it was the holiday season. The place was super packed with a bunch of teenagers but our kids enjoyed themselves regardless. The skating ring is not huge but big enough. I just wished they had heating lamps around the area as it was so cold out. They have public restrooms that were nicely maintained and heated surprisingly right around the corner. There is a parking garage but it does get full. There are lots of other restaurants around this ice ring so it's nice if you get hungry you can get something. $25 per person includes skates.

This is a great alternative to Crown Center if you don't want to make the drive. We went on Christmas Eve right at opening (11am). It was pretty busy but nothing uncomfortable. For newbies and little ones there was still ample space to hold on to the edge. You start by going inside and purchasing tickets, they then give you a wrist band. You sit down, remove your shoes and take them to the counter with wristband in sight and they get your ice skates. You can also bring your own. Then head out and enjoy.Prices are a little steep in my opinion. $8 per person (additional $3 for skates) no matter the age, this is where I disagree since we paid a total of $33 to get around the rink one time because our toddler hated it. I think there should be an age and price range. But I think the same rate across the board is easier for the workers and the speed of getting people through.Rink is well taken care of and there is always someone on the ice to help and keep everyone safe and moving. I also love how the surrounding businesses support the ice. You can show your receipt to a lot of the businesses in exchange for discounted items and services. I would go back sans my toddler.

Great little outdoor skating rink. After seeing the crazy long lines at the crown center we took it upon ourselves to look elsewhere and found this one. Great little rink, did the trick. Skated for about an hour and had a great time!

Way too small. Dangerous. Unsafe. Uncaring staff. Too many kids. Too many bodies. Music is too loud.

I came here last year twice a week while it was open and loved it. The staff were helpful picking up people that fell and teaching people how to skate.(I was one of those people) This year hasn't been nearly as enjoyable. Teenagers cutting around the ice pushing people over and just being a general nuisance for all the other skaters. I was pushed over and brought it up with the staff but it turns out the whole group of guys that are encouraging it are all the staff. Along with that I've watched/helped fallen skaters struggling to stand whilst they play. Whatever management change that has happened ruining this peaceful rink.

This place was a great experience and the staff where really caring and helpful they asked to help me get up all the 8 times I fell.the ice was extremely raspy which was not the best thing because I'm a new at skating but overall watch out for the teens in this rank because they all had such humor to laugh at me and harassing people including me but overall I had a blast!!!

This is a small rink, but it was loads of fun! The people that work there were friendly and helpful. I took my granddaughter, and we had a blast! It was the first time I've been ice-skating. Will definitely go again.
