Huff Group

A little delayed review but I couldn't leave this experience "unrecognized". We recently utilized this group to sell our home and they made it as smooth and seamless as they possibly could. Our realtor was none other than the man, the myth, the legend himself, Bryan Huff. Needless to say he and his team did not disappoint! All interactions with any of the staff were exceptionally pleasant as they were very communicative, attentive, accommodating, knowledgeable and kind! They were just on top of their game every time we needed something.I'm not sure about any of the other realtors under him but based off our experience, Bryan went above and beyond for us and he didn't have to. I won't say what he did exactly because I don't want to put that expectation out there. So, during negotiations we came to a standstill with the buyer. Bryan came up with a new proposal which "somehow" didn't cost us anything extra and because of this we eventually came to an agreement and closed. If there was one complaint it would be the photographer. We basically had everything staged accordingly but obviously we were still living there and utilizing our home daily. We had made everything that was used daily compact and mobile so we could leave at a moments notice for a showing. So photo day came and I let the photographer know if something looks unsightly let me know and I can move it temporarily for the photos. When it came time for us to review the photos, they were great. The issue was that there was a bunch of "unsightly objects" my wife and did not want shown ie: basket of dirty laundry, cords for our bedroom TVs and a couple items in our backyard. This wasn't a huge deal because when we let him know he was able to edit everything out within an hour or two for us to approve and finalize. Overall I recommend them!

We recently worked with the Huff Group to sell our home and buy another and the experience we had working with the Huff Group was outstanding. Brian and his team are true professionals. From the very start to closing on both properties, Bryan and his team were with us every step of the way. Bryan and his team kept us up to date on the local inventory of homes and advised us to list about six weeks earlier than we had planned... Bryan noticed a decline in comparable homes and thought we should adjust our timing to take advantage of this situation. Long story short, we sold our home in less than one day. We received a full price offer but had multiple showings scheduled so Bryan advised us to counter at a higher price and as a result, we sold our home for more than our asking price which was a true bonus. On the buy side, we worked with Beverly Huff and she was a total joy to work with. We found our dream home which was a farm south of Louisburg with 67 acres and this wouldn't have been possible without Bev's hard work. From start to finish, we really enjoyed working with the Huff Group. These folks are top notch in my book and we will always be grateful for their assistance..If you are looking to buy or sell, do yourself a favor and call the Huff Group.. These folks close more real estate transactions in the KC area and that's because they work very hard to meet or exceed customer expectations... In our case, they totally rocked it for us...

Absolutely wonderful people to work with. Made selling and buying a breeze and were always willing to answer alllllll of my questions. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking to move.

Excellent service! My husband and I realized we needed a single level home due to health issues. We contacted Michelle Campbell for help. We wanted a "no pressure" service.
