The Golden Scoop

Husband and I stopped by last weekend and had a great visit! Extremely friendly team! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and was helped with our order right away. Ice cream was delicious as well. For those who are new customers, highly recommend checking out their company mission before your visit!

A must visit KC gem! Not only is this a fantastic ice cream and coffee shop, but it's a non-profit organization that provides so much more to our community. They provide meaningful job employment to individuals with all different abilities. Such a fantastic idea to give purpose and joy to others! And, the ice cream is fantastic! There was a large ice cream counter with so many flavors, all with fun unique names. I haven't tried the coffee yet, but the menu has so many options, from cappuccinos to lattes. Baked goods also available. This Golden Scoop location is bright and open, with lots of seating. Love the kids seating area, chalk wall, and big screen TV.
