The Foot Spot

I went up to see Pat Cole the reflexologist. She was amazing and is here sometimes on Saturdays. The Foot Spot is GREAT!! I got some KC Sock Co socks for my wife and I. They are a bit pricey, but locally made. Also, The Foot Spot has Brooks and other fantastic walking and running shoes. They can make orthotics too. But my favorite thing is the HUGE selection of Oofos!! I wear them a lot. I have slides, house shoes and sneakers by Oofos. I had to play the send it back and forth game with Zappos because the sizing is a little different. For my subsequent pairs, I will just visit The Foot Spot. Yay! Great shop and knowledgeable staff and owners.

Excellent experience, highly recommend! My husband was experiencing excruciating heel pain, and it was only getting worse and worse. Thankfully, his coworker recommended he come here. He was reluctant to go at first, because he had already been seen by a doctor, and a podiatrist, but had no real improvement with their treatment plans.We met with Karen at this location and decided to follow all of her recommendations. She was very thorough and we could tell she knew what she was talking about. She gave us real expectations and was spot on with everything she said. Within days he was already feeling some relief, but what helped him more than anything ever has was the orthotics she made for him.I remember how excited we were when she called to let us know the orthotics had come in, we asked to come right away so she could fit them to his shoes and he could start the process. I believe it took a week or two for him to break them in, and by his second check up his pain was nonexistent. It has now been over a year, and he is still pain free! We are forever grateful to Karen, thank you so much for giving my husband lasting relief from his plantar fasciitis!

I found my experience here to be excellent. I came in two times and both times I was given very prompt, attentive, and professional service, even with other customers in the store. They have a fantastic selection of sale shoes in the back of the store. I also saw several people come in for custom orthotics. When I finally made a decision on the shoes I wanted, they didn't have them in my size but offered to transfer them from one of their nearby stores. Overall, my experience here was fantastic and I'd strongly recommend giving this store a try next time you need new shoes!

Absolutely amazing store visit. I flew in for a friends wedding and I am not familiar with the Kansas City area. I desperately needed new shoes for my plantar Fasciitis pain relief. I've visited several foot stores from other states but WOW, Karen and her store associate ( I forget to get her name which I'll update this post on) were super knowledgeable and listen to every concern and need I had. Karen brought out several style shoes that fit my needs especially for my foot pain and comfort. She was head on accurate to finding me the perfect shoe. If you're visiting from out of state, with foot pain and shopping for shoes, this store is a must! Ask for Karen!

The Foot Spot was recommended to me by my podiatrist when I asked for a recommendation for work-appropriate and attractive footwear to help with foot pain and a toe issue. The staff are always very helpful and allow me to browse without pressure. Their merchandise is not cheap, money-wise, but very good quality. I love going through the after-season sale stock!

It's nice to see a pro active company, I wrote a review, more about the shoe I bought than the service, and received a response that went far above what I was expecting, this is a very nice shoe store in Briarcliff and we need to support stores like this. they are going solve my problem this Saturday. For that I'm thankful.
