The Corporate Catering

Ordered one of their celebration boxes last week in hopes of cheering my wife up. It worked greatly. We received our delivery in the time that was arranged by them. The flowers I added were beautiful and well arranged. The ginger lemonade was quite the delicious take on lemonade. The granola, crackers, and the cheese, all fantastic. Especially the cheese. Lastly, the lemon cookies. My word. Some of the best lemon tasting product I have ever had. Such a perfect balance of sweet and tart that comes with lemon. We have one left and I don't want to see it go.

I hired Engineered Edibles Catering to provide food for my daughter's engagement brunch. I met Ellen, the owner, twice and corresponded over email to nail down the details. She is easy to work with, wants you to be happy with the plan and is very professional. I was really only going by a feeling I had about how well she could cook and how happy I would be with the result from one visit in her Overland Park storefront. I tasted some oatmeal with a fruit and nut topping and a very flavorful basil lemonade that she had prepared.The food was absolutely delicious!! The portions were huge and the quality and flavors would make any foodie ecstatic and want more. I requested a gluten free option and she made a bacon and mushroom frittata that was mouth watering. We also had biscuits that were huge and sausage gravy, a beautiful berry salad and a scrumptious strawberry and lemon crumb coffee cake. Ellen also has a flare in presentation and had several items to help stage the food to make the table beautiful.I felt her price per person was reasonable. The setup went quickly and the table was never empty. The cleanup and breakdown down also went quickly and she had a great and competent staff.I would highly recommend Engineered Edibles Catering for any event, breakfast, lunch or dinner that you are needing catered.I can't rave too much about how happy I was that I used Engineered Edibles which allowed me to enjoy the party.
