I love this gym! It's inside Elite Sports and has everything including phenomenal trainers. I can't say I've ever loved a gym this much but waking up at the wee hours of the morning is easy knowing that I'm headed here. If I arrive without energy I will be pumped up by the time I leave. The fun music, great people and changes I see in my body make me really appreciate this place.

I was seriously considering joining and then I asked to check out the locker room and that's when the deal breaker was dropped. There are NO showers at this gym. How does one build a gym this large and with this much equipment and not have a standard gym locker room with showers. Completely and utterly mind boggling!

Awful management. Wanted to take a class a weekend I was visiting my family in Kansas City. I called the staff to make sure I properly signed up for the two week pass or for a Saturday class was the best move. They encouraged me to sign up online. One week pass is free but I needed to go sign up for a discounted Saturday class. However, after only taking one class. They have charged me for two months in a row for $44 totally $88. When I only stepped foot in the gym once. After calling management for guidance and help with the matter they told me I was ONE day late for cancellation and would not issue me a refund. TALK ABOUT SHITTY customer service. I run a skin care line and a T-shirt company both brick and mortar and e-commerce. I know how important good customer care is. I would NEVER ever treat my customers like this. We know how easy it is to issue refunds especially under unfortunate situations. They simply just "can't" or "not allowed." It's unfortunate bad businesses like this exists especially with so much competition in the fitness industry. DON'T waste you're time with this company, you'll only be disappointed.
