The Blissful Bite

As the City Commission of Lawrence debates whether to allow a more lenient food truck policy in the city I thought I'd take the opportunity to let folks know the truck has changed names. Appears it's still the same people, and the menu hasn't changed, but now they're known by The Purple Carrot food cooperative. They have a Facebook page but it really doesn't prove anything so I can't even bring myself to report the name change to Yelp so I'll just put it here. Marketing isn't part of the Carrot's strategy apparently. Really hit the spot. Hoping these folks make a go of it. Only places I ever see them is as the Farmer's Market and it's pretty hard to generate a lot of business at those.
