Temp-Stop

Service from the tall, long haired overnight guy was extremely exceptional. He helped me find all of the items I was looking for and even held the door open for an old geezer like myself.

I used to love this station but today I stopped for my donut and gas. The pumps were having issues and the one I prepaid on was not working. I went into the station and the "manager" stomped to the back to resolve the issue. Came out and never said one word to me just left me standing there waiting. Finally the clerk who waited on me asked her and she stated she has reset the pump. (Guess I was supposed to read her mind). The pump was requiring prepayment or use of a card at the pump due to being reset. Mind you, the money had already come off my card with the first transaction. "Manager" lady said well that's how it works you will have to pay again and wait 48 hours for a refund of your first payment. This is ridiculous. What if someone did not have funds to pay again and they needed that gas to get home. She simply said well that's the way it is and then told me to go to another station and walked away. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION BY THE SHORT, STOCKY MANAGER WITH GLASSES SUCKS BIG TIME!! I will not stop at this station again. Drive on down the road to the next station. Odds are they are a lot friendlier!!
