I have been a customer of Teefeys Flowers for years and I have always been happy with the customer service and the flowers that I ordered. I Love to support my Local business and I get satisfaction everytime!

I called to order a sympathy arrangement for delivery to a local funeral home on the sad occasion of my girlfriend's grandfather's passing. The person I spoke with over the phone provided truly helpful guidance and the next-day delivery was on time. The arrangement, a blue and white sympathy basket, was gorgeous, decked out with white roses which the family has saved as a memorial of the service. Teefey will be my go-to shop for flowers in the Kansas City area.

I needed a floral arrangement for Thanksgiving and found a picture which I showed to the floral arranging and left specific directions about delivery. The bouquet was exactly what I and envisioned and the delivery was timely and prompt. This is a wonderful florist and I used to use them when they were on Troost. The new location is very convenient, spacious and has ample parking. Give them a try!

We've ordered flowers from the shop before and they were exactly what we expected. This time the arrangement was heavily full of carnations and daisies, and was not nearly as nice as the picture on the website. I understand that sometimes substitutions have to be made, but when you pay to upgrade for premium flowers there should not be as many daisies and carnations, but more roses and lilies.

We wanted to send our daughter-in-law some blooms for her birthday, but don't live in the KC area. After looking at reviews, we called Teefey's, and could not be more happy with the experience. I gave them a price range, and just asked them to make it somewhat modern, without too much fragrance, if possible. They knocked it out of the park! She was thrilled, and so were we....this is our go-to florist in KC from now on!

want to personally thank the owner of Teefy Flowers. She was amazing - today is my parents' anniversary and I live out of town. I ordered online and explained my situation, that my father has early onset dementia which can make delivery hard. She was overly accommodating, called me personally to guarantee delivery, and even called my mother to ensure that she received her plant. Not only was the owner amazing and the service beyond exceptional, the arrangement my parents received is beyond my expectation. My mother loves it, and she normally hates plants. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I didn't catch your name when you called me earlier, but I am so unbelievably appreciative for the kind, personal service. My mother was even appreciative of learning what navigational direction of the street they live on (west for record).

The worst experience of customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Ordered an anniversary arrangement for my wife through 1800flowers, and Teefey was given the order. The arrangement that arrived was half the size it should have been. I called 1800 flowers to let them know and they processed a 50% refund for the inconvenience. The next day, Teefey calls MY WIFE at her work, and rudely asks her why she called 1800Flowers, rather than the shop directly. My wife informed them that 1800 Flowers provided us the 50% refund as a courtesy to the arrangement being smaller than advertised. Then, they informed her they would be picking up the flowers since she wasn't happy with them. They arrived to pick up the flowers, and swapped them out with a single rose. Unbelievable.

I have ordered flowers from Teefey Flowers three times, and each time it is a success with the delivery time, reasonable cost, the friendly service, and the pleasure that each arrangement/plant received.This last time, I received a telephone call from the florist reminding me that I forgot to sign the card, and requested how I wanted it to be. Also, got clarification as to the best place to deliver the plant, since I had listed two places. Five stars is not enough!

I called with a birthday arrangement request and early morning delivery the next day. The arrangement was beautiful; Teefey Delivered !
